Kenny is awesome. His team is extremely professional with high tech equipment. They were in and out of a major flooding repair in less than three weeks and he takes care of the insurance side for you. Thank you so much Kenny.

About a month ago, I experienced a flood in my home from a busted water valve. Once the water was secured and the valve fixed, Kenny and his team came immediately and started the water restoration. Kenny was very informative and explained step by step what was expected of the process. He was quick, patient, and reassuring that everything was going to be taken cared of. Last step was him and his team restoring the damaged carpet in which they did an outstanding job and it was cleaned to perfection. Thank you for your services, two thumbs up from both myself and my daughter!

Well, in the first week of 2016, my husband Bruce and I experienced the fury of El Niño! Our backyard drains could not handle the downpour and unfortunately our living room flooded. Bruce quickly found this biz on Unilocal (thank u Unilocal!) and Kenny responded right away when he called. When your house has been invaded, it feels so good when caring professionals show up to help get things back to normal. It was a scary couple of rainy days going back n forth with the help of friends and family stacking sand bags and setting out sump pumps to keep our house from getting even more flooded! So when EFMR showed up, I began to feel better.
They are very professional with all the equipment and instruments needed to deal with effective remediation. Once things were set up and running, Kenny stayed in close contact. He was easy to get a hold of and he came to personally and meticulously check-​up on the progress regularly. (We were pretty impressed, especially knowing they were very busy with many others who were in our same predicament…)
Well, EFMR did’t just do their job. They even helped with moving our furniture back and forth. This is over the top and really meant a lot to me since my hub has a bad back. Thanks Kenny! You guys did a great job and were a bright spot in a long and trying week. (And our carpet is clean and fresh now!)

These guys are very professional. Having to deal with flood and mold damage as a tenant or homeowner is stressful enough on its own, but not only do these guys do a thorough job cleaning everything up, they also communicate very well and do their best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Kenny Olson has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years, probably longer. At one point I tried several different carpet cleaning companies (the ones that advertise on TV and radio a lot). They all tried to sell me add-​on services. That is when I called Klean Karpets (who was recommended by a neighbor).
Kenny has always been honest and he beat the prices of the «other guys.» He does a fantastic job. At one point I had 2 kids, 4 cats and 2 dogs living in my house. Kenny made my old carpets look new. Now that I have new carpets, I call him several times a year to keep them looking great. (I still have cats and he is able to get out any cat smells.)
