BEWARE! This store is incapable of competent service. Be very careful placing an order and paying online. They take your money but then refuse to give you your food. Even if you have email confirmation of the order, show them the order on the app and proof the money has been deducted from your account they refer to it as ‘free food’ and simply refuse to help or double check their system for the order. We were advised to call the 1800 number, the corporate office said it was a store issue and was confused as to why they couldn’t handle such a simple problem. We are currently waiting for corporate to handle the situation and to return our money. The manager at this Taco Bell is still trying to figure out the address of her store and how money for food actually works. The managers, cashier and GM were very rude and didn’t seem capable of understanding or communicating their store policy in a clear and professional manner.

I generally don’t review chain restaurants because generally the idea is that they tend to be pretty similar. But I just had to review the drive thru because I have not been to any other Taco Bell that does this — and frankly I think it’s super awesome! Upon taking my order, as I roll up to the first window to pay, the cashier asked if I wanted any sauces. After taking my payment, I received a receipt, my credit card, and a little bag with napkins, my sauce selections, and breath mints! Kudos to the nice touch from this taco bell! It’s the little things that go a long way!
