Got the east coast half sandwich. Tasted very good but it was so small that even with the side soup, I left feeling hungry. Way too expensive for what you get. If you’re hungry go somewhere else.

The food is always good, and they have a great rewards program that makes kids meals $ 1.99 including drink. So my family can eat lunch here for about the same price as Chick-fil-A or a little more than some cheap fast food. At Crispers, you order in the line and they give you a number to put on your table. In a few minutes, they bring out your food. They serve hot or cold sandwiches, soups, flat beads, etc.

I just recently moved out of state and I have been craving Crispers like crazy! Their Tomato Bisque with Assiago Cheese and Crutons is to die for! Its probably what I am craving the most however I am also craving there Turkey Cranwhich. What started as a seasonal turkey sandwhich turned out to be a great addition to their menu. The flavor and crunch with the apples is great! The fiancé is missing the Thai Chicken Flatbread but I’m not really a spicey person! Im just very dissapointed that I never got to try their new Southern BBQ Salad before I moved. It looks absolutley amazing! Crispers PLEASE expand. I NEED you in my life again. :)

My boyfriend and I are visiting from out of town and decided to try Crispers for dinner after a long day in Orlando. I was really excited to try it as the menu pictures looked delicious… the food was ok — clear competitor with Panera or Jason’s Deli; however, I would prefer either one over Crispers. First off, the employee Kally who helped me and my boyfriend was sort of bratty. Not only did she have the, «Id rather be elsewhere» look on her face, but was very snippy whenever we asked her questions. I ordered a chicken flat bread & my boyfriend ordered the turkey club sandwich. When we received our food, my boyfriends simple order of a half-sandwich & soup was incorrect and they did not bring a spoon with his soup. He and I each got a half-sandwich and soup and shared a drink and it was nearly $ 20…I’m going to Jason’s next time… friendlier staff and better food for the same price.

Food is fine but they stopped taking carry-out orders from the pickup cash registers. Now all customers stand in the same line and they only have 2 registers open during workday lunchtime. Takes 20+ minutes just to order and the self serve kiosk is even worse.

We had lunch here yesterday Sunday August 24th and it was really good. The sweet tea was fresh and just right. We both got the pick 2 for like $ 8.99 I got a east coast chicken sandwich and the Southwest Chicken salad. Both amazing.

Good sandwiches and soups. Obviously a direct competitor of Panera bread, and if I’m gonna pay 10 dollars for a sandwich and drink than I would rather go to Panera Bread since they have much better atmosphere and customer service. So don’t waste your time here when Panera bread is much better!

Terrible service out on the patio. Tables left dirty and they put our order on it, I had to request them to clean it. Then the gal came with a dirty rag and wiped the table pushing all the food particles directly to the floor by my feet. Taco Salad was nothing special, right out of a bag. Sandwich was plain and had no flavor, nor did the crab soup. It’s over priced for what you get. Will Not Return

Food quality and portions smaller each time while prices keep going up. Just like the parent company Publix, profit is the motivation.

Crispers, what is happening with you? My wife and I first went here a year ago when we were looking for houses in Lakeland. The portions were big, they were fresh and delicious(garden salad, potato soup, broccoli cheddar soup). We have been going back since we moved here six months ago, and every time it feels like the size(and quality) of the portions has been decreasing while the price has been increasing. The plastic on my cheese the last time I was there and got a sandwich didn’t help either! I can’t tell if it’s my imagination or not. But after the first time my wife and I were craving it, so sad we were up in New Jersey and couldn’t have it. Now I could care less when, or if, I go back.
