I went to Chili’s after 9, I work long hours. The steak was half fat, I expected half off, but the manager only took $ 4.00 off the $ 18 steak. I will never order a ribeye steak there again, the cook knew it was half fat as soon as he? placed it on the grill. Outback took $ 10 off my tab and gave me a desert, that is customer service. I don’t expect a complete write off, I just want a bill that reflects what I could eat. Is this too much to ask for? ?

I don’t know what wrong with this location. Everytime I go there, waiting stuff is nowhere to be found last Saturday we got there around 9pm, we walk in and waited for 5⁄10 minutes to be seated, No one came… some tables had dirty places on it and no was cleaning. It’s the second time in a row that this happens and I think there won’t be a third. Hope they change management because they are clearly doing a bad job over there.

Chillis is definitely a regular place for us to eat. In fact one of the waiter knows our drink order by heart. The service is always incredibly nice and helpful. The food is always good, I can honestly say that I have never had anything that I didn’t like. The only thing that is keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is the very last time we went we sat on the restaurant side because the bar side was full. We ordered our normal drinks and my mom’s Diet Coke had what looked like white pieces of paper in it… So we told the waiter happily changed it out and it still had the paper in it… Or whatever it was. So my mom told him and asked for a water because we figured that whatever it was, was in the machine.

Arriving at the place is pretty much what you expect from the chain of restaurants. We came in at the 2 for one drink special so I got the house special margarita. The waitress recommend it because I love sour tastes. She was right, this was the drink for me. I barely tasted the alcohol but I definitely felt it. It took a bit longer than I would have preferred for our food to come out but it was good. Less food than I had hoped for but still good. The steak was actually cooked the way I like it. «Let it look at the oven in terror and bring it out to me». Most people don’t know what I’m talking about and I have to revert to saying I like it rare.

Walked in. After the hostess arrived, and a slick walk to the side of the house, I was seated. The atmosphere was alright, but the ambiance seemed thrown together. The waitress, who was covering to very separate sections, promptly took my drink order. My associates arrived about ten minutes after I was seated, and my drink order had arrived to the table as they did. After a gander at the, surprisingly pricey, menue. I decided on their fajita trio, with steak, chicken, and shrimp. After an hour of rather light attentiveness, we flagged our waitress down during one of her quite seldom breeze throughs, and asked her about the delay. Apparently My fajita had JUST been started, and the delay was allegedly due to a large party that had just cleared out. The fajita arrived, not sizzling at all. The fixings were slapped onto a thin metal trough, it was obvious someone wiped the quack on the trough with their finger. Not to mention a whopping three, tortillas… The Steak, and chicken, was good; the peppers too, were pretty palatable, while the small shrimp were reminiscent of buffet style mediocrity. The meal was not worth the hefty $ 17.00 pricetag. Not sure if the issue is staff, management, or a combination of both. If I hadn’t been there prior, I might would’ve written it off as a fluke, or bad night, but this is the apparent norm, for this establishment, whether eating in the bar area, or house. Atmosphere 3⁄10 Staff 4⁄10 Food 4⁄10 Fable to plate 2⁄10 Experience 3⁄10 I do not recommend this spot. Only go if your friends will not budge on the issue.

It’s beyond me why this place takes SO long in the to-go line. Order was placed online and said pick up at 1:47… Arrived at 1:45 and waited until past 2:00! Horrible.

Every time I get to-go food, it is horrible. The desserts do not even come cooked(apparently you have to ASK for them to be cooked). Otherwise, you get home and have a raw dessert that you don’t even know how to prepare and end up ruining. I will wait outside sometimes 20 – 35 minutes before anyone even comes out to the car. If you go in, same deal. You usually wait 5 – 10 standing there before the to-go person even acknowledges you. And this is on a slow occasion; it’s not like the place was busy. If you eat inside, it’s not much better. You get sat at a usually half-dirty table with large groups of kids around you and it’s just far too noisy. Don’t bother to ask your waiter for a refill on the $ 3 soda; they’re too busy flirting with the hostess. If you happen to get your food before you’ve been there for an hour, you’re lucky. And everything is microwaved. Really disgusting. I don’t go here anymore unless they send me a free coupon; otherwise I hope this places shuts down!

Busy place for a Thursday with some large groups, but the two of us were able to slide in. Appreciate their efforts to embrace technology(pay at the table), mix up the menu and two for one special(but when they are like eight ounce beers, really?) it just falls short. Several families with kids, so it was rather loud. Met our needs, but did not exceed them.

Great new baby backs– favored the Craft beer over the Doctor Pepper ribs. Great Mac n cheese, potato wedges, fries, and queso dip n’ chips. Both new rib flavors are better than the original. Had a big cup of Dr. P with it all. Good experience, friendly service, nice waiter. Salsa was the only meh thing there.

The southside Chilis has been nothing but a disappointment for me time after time after time. I only go because my son like chilis and its close. Bad service, bad drinks, bad food. There are too many complaints to list here. Save your money.

This place is my favorite weekend lunch spot. The staff is always friendly and the food is fabulous. They always make it a point to make you feel like you are family. Always my go to place.

Well… first of all I ordered the black bean burger, the only item not salad that is even remotely friendly to those that eat a plant-based diet. And lo and behold there was a recall on it. This is likely because they put something unnecessary in it, like egg for example. But… whatever, I got a salad, a side of beans, and broccoli. After our food came it was literally like 5 minutes before we actually got our silverware. haha… Can’t make this up. The broccoli looked like it just came back from the surface of the sun and was completely overcooked and wilted. The salad and beans were fine but not what I expected. Overall, I don’t think that highly of places like Chilis and Fridays as they’re just mainstream restaurants that are kind of the modern-day McDonalds and Hardees, with food that is unhealthy. Moreover, they tend to not at all friendly to those of us that choose not to eat the standard diet that facilitates heart disease.

We ate here a few days ago and found it to be so-so. The drinks were way overpriced and sort of weak. I had the steak which was okay my partner had the ribs which she said were very good. What really was the worst part was charging .99 to plat a trvia game. For .99 they lost a customer. Service was just okay.

Chili’s has always been just an «okay» experience. Their food really doesn’t impress. It is serviceable food, but it still has that«we just microwaved it for you» aura about it. Their skillet queso is their best appetizer, and the best value considering they keep brining you endless chips. If you are going somewhere to drink, this is where Chili’s shines because you can take advantage of their endless 2-for-1 specials. My problems with Chili’s are as follows: *This place is louder than a machine shop. Between the TV’s, the clanging dishes, the constant elevated restaurant floor chatter, it is unbearable. I found myself literally yelling to my party where we were going to sit. After you leave this place, it makes you appreciate the silence of your car. This is the #1 reason why I hate going to Chili’s. I don’t know who sets the volume in this place, but it is constantly insanely loud no matter where you sit. *No matter how many times the tile tabletops are wiped down, there’s still a nasty film that remains on them. The silverware looks like it has just been rinsed once and re-wrapped in the napkins. I’ve seen food bits on the knives, leading me to ask for more silverware. *The service is garbage. Every time I go there, I have to ask multiple times for refills, and when they bring the refill out, there’s no ice in the glass. If it is busy in there, you better be prepared to wait wait wait for your food. If you’re in a hurry, do not go there because there’s no telling how fast your food comes to you. I go here only when a party wants to go there and I don’t get the choice. Otherwise, I’d never pick Chili’s.

We had my niece’s 21st birthday party at this location with 12 people. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were very attentive to us and really took care of our group. Our orders were perfect, the food was great. Our drinks never emptied and the service was impecable. They helped out with our cake and singing and it was an all-around fantastic night. Chili’s is a great restaurant where you can trust that the food won’t let you down. This is definitely a gem in the franchise.

Chili’s used to be a staple in the list of places to go, now there are just too many options out there to ignore the fact that Chili’s is mediocre at best. Service is no longer enthusiastic, food is essentially heated up frozen fare, and even the«fresh chips and salsa» are a shadow of their former selves.

Went here with the boyfriend’s family for lunch today. We sat at a high table and each ordered one of their half and half lunch specials. It really is a great deal. For only $ 6, you get your choice of soup/salad and half a sandwich. For $ 1 – 2 more, the sandwich varieties grow. I ordered the corn soup and the 2 burger bites. The corn soup was creamy, sweet, and delicious. The burger bites are always good, and I couldn’t even finish the second bite and had to take it home. It also comes with crispy, salty fries, and I ate it all. 5 stars for value, 4 stars for food, 2 stars for service(it took almost 15 minutes after we ordered drinks for them to come, and an extra 20 for food.)

Dear Chilii’s First of all I want to say that I know people love you but you are not on my food chain fav’s sorry! You really haven’t impressed me at any location but at this particular one it was a very sorry dining experience. We went to you as there was literally nothing open at this location by our hotel or open that late around the area. It was convenient. The waitress came by to take the drink order then forgot about us for apprx 20 minutes, then came to take the order and give us some chips and the order took another 30 minutes!!! First of all the place was half empty & staff was cleaning up some areas… bad sign, maybe. My Quesadilla Explosion salad was ok as always, the guys burgers were ok as well. My sis in law soup, tiny and lukewarm Good luck but I hope you do better than this on a regular basis.,.,

Chili’s moved from Florida Avenue to the west,(disappointingly further for me). Sadly, Chili’s has also changed my favorites on its menu. If you eat in the bar, the chips and salsa are still free. I loved their house salad with low-fat vinaigrette. They changed the house salad to romaine, croutons & onions only. They changed the vinaigrette to a lousier one. Always loved their hamburger, the«Old Timer» but even that wasn’t ravingly good. The new layout is «tight», smaller booths, closer together, smaller bar. I have removed Chili’s from my weekly gathering list and removed two stars from my original love affair with them.
