As a Long Islander, I am a professional bagel and matzoh ball soup connoisseur. I was very impressed withthis place. Had to wait a bit for a table, but it was worth it. Huge portions, great quality, very good service. I will return. I had gigantic bowlof matzoh ball chicken soup. probably enough for 4 people and we split a tuna(platter) with a freah everything bagel. We left full and with two iced teas it was $ 23, which I thought was well worth it. The waitress wven gave us to go cups. I got some rainbow cookies to ho(my favorite). You can tell they were fresh.

This is our second visit to this wonderful establishment. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The food was incredible… like the last visit! We will be frequent guests to this deli when we are in town. Yum!

Great bagels. Great food. Gets pretty crowded. But worth the wait. One of the better places to get breakfast.

The place is fantastic. Breakfast was great. Sandwiches are excellent and try the chicken or egg salad as well. You can’t go wrong here.

I eat at this place all the time since I live nearby. Agree with all, the portion sizes are huge. I order two scrambled and it’s like 5 eggs! Bagels are awesome, coffee, I’ve had better. Bit pricey but cheaper if you share or like to take food home. Staff is great. You will wait on the weekends and especially during season. Décor could use some updating, kind of bland in there, but if you’re hungry, best place in town to chow down!

Stale wrap shells, sour tomatoes, spoiled milk, bagels just air no substance, acid tasting tuna, sinewy nova. These are all things I’ve encounters here. The girls in the front are nice but they have stupid rules no bagel scooping no weekend bagel slicing. With their prices wtf? If you want a good bagel sorry your in the wrong state. If you want a good wrap try field of greens in Wellington juice berry in boynton or Java and juice in boca. Don’t say I dint warn you.

All I can say is «Yummy»!.. this place seems to be always packed and there’s a simple reason why… because it’s really good. Yes they are a little pricy but I don’t mind because they definitely give plenty of food. One of my favorite places to eat in Wellington.

Have eaten here many times, usually food is pretty good, large portions, but pricey. Today i had novie(next to no novie) on a bagel for breakfast, cream cheese couple slices tomato onion and cucumbers for about $ 11.00, not impressed.(Brooklyn bagel will do the same better for less money) My wife had a couple of eggs, cream cheese on a bagel for about $ 6.00, not impressed… Again, normally I’ve had better luck with salads and some of the deli sandwiches, probably won’t go back for breakfast anytime soon…

Just a typical run of the mill breakfast. Nothing about the food is remarkable. The reason for the one star rating is of course service. It’s not there. A smile goes a long way. If you hate working there find a new job. Also rushing customers who want to enjoy their food is beyond tacky.

I have to say food is good but the the mother and daughter that own the restaurant have no personality what so ever the daughter NEVER says hello the mother once in a while they rise the prices ever off season when it should be done right before season starts they never do specials like all other restaurants in all caliber do this time of the year this place is in for a reality check!!! if it wasn’t for there staff this place wouldn’t last. Oh also no wifi!

Just left your restaurant and was extremely offended with how the server, a blonde with shoulder length hair told us to leave, people are waiting, and she wasn’t even our server. This woman did not look at us, did not say please and she walked away. We were paying customers, the cost was $ 60.00 for 3 of us and we were being asked to leave– there was no one waiting, we watched from outside. Awful! However our server was pleasant. It’s obvious that this other server needs some type of refresher in being kind. This is definitely getting a bad review. Thanks! Michele Sent from my iPhone

I had been here once before when I was desperate for some decent coffee and my days of settling for dunkin donuts are over. I used Unilocal to search for coffee and found out this place has frozen coffee for their iced coffee. Sold. Yes. Loved it. Needed it. Never went back again because it not my neighborhood or usual hang out. I call the area Nu Wellington and lament the fact that nature used to exist and now it’s all strip malls and gated housing golf course communities. I digress. My foodie friends from Austin TX came to visit and we took them around and dined on home cooked gourmet but one thing they wanted and said they never see in TX are authentic bagels with cured fish and the whole spread. I again Unilocaled bagels and found Strathmores. It seemed to be worth the drive. I feel that we got the best waitress. Many of the others I saw looked less efficient. Cute older ladies but ours was excellent. She made my friends life by telling her that«she looked like a caper person» she brought us complimentary pickled things when I mentioned their out of town visit and lack or good bagels. My friends ended up taking a dozen home. I wouldn’t order what I got again but learned a valuable lesson about their GIANT scrambled egg portions and mountain of dry over fried home fries. Everything else was excellent and I was stoked about the whole thermos of coffee they leave on your table. I got the nova eggs and onion platter and it was just way too big especially after sampling half sour pickles and pickled tomatoes. As I type i am planning on bringing my mr there for a relaxed Saturday breakfast.

I was among a party of 8. We got there at noon on a Sunday, the place was packed. We waited about half hour for the table. Luckily they have a bakery/deli area to grab some food to-go. We had their rugglah and three layer cakes while we waited. The three layer cake was red, white, and blue in honor of July 4th… to cute… need to get those for my party. The waitress brought out waters for everyone right away, but was confused with the other drinks we had ordered(diets cokes and ice teas). Only one person from our party was served ice tea in a mason jar, the rest had large plastic cups because they ran out of them. She did bring a pitcher of Ice tea to the table, which was nice. They give your pickled tomatoes, slaw, half-sour, and full sour pickles on the table. We devoured it all and they gladly brought out more for us. All the portions here are large, which is awesome because the food is really good. A+++ on the matzoh ball soup. The matzoh ball was huge, yet light and fluffy, and their was a ton of real chicken and carrots. Also important to note, it was not overly salted, which I find to be the case in a lot of restaurants. The bialy was just like the ones in New York, good texture and flavor. Brisket sandwich was tasty. I really loved the sauce they served with it. Without it, you would feel something was missing. I also really enjoyed their potato salad and pasta salad. I believe they were homemade as well. My friend loved their corned beef on rye. The give a lot of meat and have deli mustard on the table. I didn’t try the nova omelet, but it looked great and was probably made with 12 eggs. Get the bagel chips when you are here. You won’t regret it.
