Came In today for a return, I stood in the return line, while there was one cashier she kept getting the next in line for purchases, didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting to return my purchase. After she checked out 5 customers I went up to her and told her I had a return and does she need to call a manager? She said yes, so then the manager finally came, instead of calling me she got the next purchase! Then she gave me a gift card because she said it’s been past 30 days, when today was exactly 30 days. She didn’t let me ask any questions and when I tried she would cut me off. I understand it’s Ross, not a high end classy retail shop. But I am a customer and should be treated as one. You need to hire people that are more attentive. That cashier apparently didn’t see me standing there or else she would’ve called the manager. I didn’t get there names, but the cashier was a Caucasian, short overweight girl with glasses. The manager was a black lady with glasses. I won’t be returning to this toss, even though it’s less than a mile to my house! Bad customer service!

I am all about deals, but this Ross is ridiculous and I consider myself a pretty patient person. If you enjoy standing in line like it’s black Friday everyday, then this is your store! The location on 7th St isn’t that far away and so much better.

This place used to be wonderful with lots to shop from, & many registers open it has not turned into a alms empty messy place with barely any lines open i went for a quick item but stood in line for so long. Not even kidding the line reached the back of the store while the manager didn’t even go get on the other register to help shrink the line.

An employee here told me I could not have a drink in the store. I had a cup with a lid and out of nowhere an employee asked me to leave because I had a beverage in my hand??? I was unaware I couldn’t bring a drink into a retail store. Sure accidents happen, but I’m sure it doesn’t happen enough to ban drinks from the premises. I thought that was bizarre and the information was poorly delivered. What if I needed to feed my baby a bottle whilst shopping? I thought that was ridiculous!

WHY would anyone shop here? This store really deserves no stars. It is filthy and messy. We were looking for sheets and such for someone and the row with the rugs was impassable. They were all over the floor in layers and hanging down off the shelves. I was so appalled at how the aisles looked ransacked that I didn’t even look for anything. I felt it better to just keep on walking.
