Never rated a dept store before but Marshall’s deserves my small effort. My wife decided she couldn’t live w/​o these wicker bar stools that were on sale recently, even though we are about to move and MORE stuff to move, hehe. Well I was a good husband and just said «yes honey those are perfect» After trying unsuccessfully to find a matching table she decided maybe she should try and return them. I thought uh-​oh who takes back furniture. Well when we returned the chairs they were very polite only asking what the reason for return was and promptly refunding our money. From the start one of the guys helped us load the chairs to the return process they were quick, efficient and polite. I was very impressed with this store,
