I appreciated the professionalism and kindness of all the staff on the phone and in person. The turn around time was much quicker then I originally thought.
My hard drive crashed although they were not able to retrieve the files (it happens) they were able to recommend service that could.
I will no longer be shipping and waiting for any repairs. Fix My PC will be my first stop. I have already recommended them to several co workers and friends.

Paid a 40 «diag» fee. They removed a virus and installed virus protection for a additional 140. The computer itself cost me 150, but I thought what the heck atleast I’ll have a working comp for now. Took it home went to boot it up and hop online, computer did not work as it should still slow and froze. Upon reboot, the computer would not move past boot up phase saying system error. Took it back and they told me the hard drive failed for another 100 they could replace it, I refused telling the guy on the phone you already took 180 from me for the original repair. Now I’m out 180 dollars and computer still not functioning. Not happy with this at all.

These guys are okay. I was told my MacBook screen could be repaired and waited a week for the new LCD to come in. When it did I left work early to bring my Mac in only to be told they can’t do it there but can at the other location. I had to leave early from work a second day and drive all the way to Okeechobee to get it fixed and when there it took them over two hours to get it done as I sat there waiting. They did take a bit of money off on the install but it was a bit of a hassle. Overall I am satisfied and will use them again but will ask for a lot of specific information when dealing with them. I would recommend them highly if you have a PC and if you are an Apple guy like myself make sure you get all of the details up front.

I have a Tech Consulting business and always use FixMyPC when I encounter problems «inside the box». The staff there is always courteous and friendly and perhaps most importantly, they always communicate in a timely manner to let me know what’s going on and usually complete the work sooner than initially promised.
«Under promise and over deliver» appears to be their method and I certainly appreciate that.
Special shout out to Jonah who always makes sure I’m well taken care of…

The hard drive on the old iMac died. My daughter was using it for web surfing. I was going to toss the machine and get her an new one. A friend recommended Brian at Fix My PC. He installed a new larger drive and set up the old dog to be a file server for my house. Didn’t even know I could do that. Still getting a new iMac but now have a central storage location for everyone. I’m a happy customer.
