I have been going here for years, for myself and the rest of my family. Not sure what the reviewer that says it’s dirty, has garbage on the floor and has no selection is talking about… perhaps they thought they were in Lake Stevens and were actually in another location? This location is always very clean, the selection is good and the staff is friendly. We’ve had trouble with contact orders in the past for my daughter because she has a tricky prescription, but that was the manufacturer’s fault and the ladies at the office got us a pretty good discount on them.

We have been going to this Sears Optical for years & years. Never ever have we seen staff eating or drinking in front of customers nor any kind of trash on the floor. It’s always very clean ! We have had above and beyond great service. If ever we have had any issue with our glasses Sears has taken care of whatever it is, often at their expense. No, there is not as big a selection of frames as at some bigger places but wonderful customer and care trumps selection any day. We have always been able to find frames in style that we like. We have been in this Sears often enough over the years to observe how they treat other customers. It’s great, spend plenty of time with each person, never rush them and wonderful especially with elderly clients who need extra time
