Kim Kron OD and Jessie Liu OD-Marysville Vision Source

Another year older and I still love Dr. Kron and his office (see previous review). Very comfortable setting, attentive staff, and Dr. Kron knows his business. Sadly, I need transition lenses or readers. Thankfully, he gave me a choice. I bring my kids and refer everyone in the area to Dr. Kron.

This would be a five star review if not for one slight misstep which I believe they have the power to fix. I visited MVS for some serious eye abrasions over the course of two weeks. My first visit they assessed the issue and put in a bandaged contact lens. I paid. They asked me to come back one day later, looked at my eye and said, «nope not healed, come back in another day» and I paid. Nothing was done. I was asked to come in too soon (one day later) and when not enough improvement occurred, they sent me on my way with another follow up appointment, which I ALSO PAID FOR. I ended up going there five times over the course of two weeks and received the very best care. With the exception of this one visit where I feel I paid for absolutely no services, I am raving about this eye doctor. I will happily revise to a five star review if addressed, but if it is truly their practice to charge customers anytime they request the customer come in, even when it’s premature and no services are performed, then my review will stand.
Thank you for mostly excellent care. Please revisit your business practices.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kron for several years. He has always provided great care and has explained issues thoroughly. I also had a good experience getting glasses.

Dr. Kron is a very knowledge optometrist — he is up to date on current practice, is friendly, and has hired an excellent staff. I have been a patient of his for 25 years, and have always had all my vision issues resolved and explained. I highly recommend Marysville Vision Source.

I really enjoyed the vibe at this eye office. It was clean and well lit with lots of windows and open space so you don’t feel like you’re in a dr office at all. More like a living room. The movement between assistant, dr, eye tech is a little confusing but it still felt personable with each person I worked with. The doctor even stayed in the room and throughly reviewed the eye tests and answered all of my questions — even adding information as he saw fit which was great! I had Dr. Liu and will totally be back. Everyone is super nice and it was an easy location, good parking and nice eye glass selection. They work with you on a budget too so you can get the best pair you want and need. Thanks Vision Source, keep up the great customer service, it really stands out :)

Dr Kron and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my eye exam and purchasing my glasses. Even when I had a problem with my prescription they went beyond my expectations to make sure the problem was corrected. They were kind and respectful throughout my time with them.

This place would be awesome with all the great reviews that I’ve read. Yet if they’re lacking staff you’re not going to get the best customer service. And they close at 1 o’clock on a Friday. Are you kidding me?

I am always treated professionally. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for a long time, my only concern is Dr. Kron and I are close to the same age. Please don’t ever retire!

I have been going to Marysville Vision Source for over 11 years and have always been happy with the care they take of our family. They do a great job with all three of my kids, making them comfortable and taking the time to explain how things work when they ask. I have had to several times over the years pop in to have a screw replaced in my glasses and they have always taken care of it immediately.

What a great place for vision care. Great staff, support group, and an impressive client customer relationship. I have seen both Dr Kron and Dr Liu, both are very professional, knowledgeable and take time to inform you of your eye health, what is good, what is being watched and why. Frames and glasses fitting are also exceptional. If you are in need of excellent vision care, this is the place.

I always enjoy going to Dr. Kron’s office! He is wonderful with my son and me too! The staff is very knowledgable and courteous and a always willing to go the extra mile!

I have always enjoyed visiting Dr. Kron and this time I was able to meet with Dr. Christman and it was great too. You won’t find a more professional, knowledge staff. In addition, the people who help you pick out new frames are amazing.
