Really bad. They got bought out by Game stop 2 months ago. I’m still having problems from 3 months ago. Same management and same staff. All they did was send this location staff to Dumfries store and transfer Dumfries store staff to here. They over charge me on my phone purchase. 1st Old manager is gone because he was stealing people’s money which part of it was mine. New manager (which he came from Dumfries location) promises me stuff and still haven’t gotten it. New owners come in and with new manager and he’s been promising me that he is going to fix it. Also told me that they were 4 more people with similar problems. James is the old manager and before that it was john. Over promises stuff take money on the side and calling AT&T customer service will not help cause we didn’t go to There AT&T store. This place has AT&T but it’s not a retail store.
