I came in with some weird noise problems and the mechanic checked out my bike without rolling his eyes or hesitating at all. I came back the next day to diagnose a problem with my cadence sensor and again no hesitation on spending time on it. This is a really friendly and honest bike shop. Great resource for a roadie or triathlete.

I think this is the première shop for bicycle kit and services. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy talking to the staff whenever I visit. Living 8 miles away, it is well worth the trip whether I am on my bike to pick up something for my current ride or in a car to grab some gear to handle my own mechanical work…
The selection is on the higher end and could be intimidating to newbies to the world of cycling. I hope that will not discourage anyone, however, as every member of the staff is more than willing to share their passion and knowledge for the sport of cycling.
If you are not from the area there a maps and/​or the staff that can help you find the perfect route. There is such a diversity of rides in this area, the choice can be quite daunting.
This shop has saved some of my days. When an urgent mechanical issue has come up, they have been greatly helpful.
I would recommend this place to all levels of cyclists, from the curious to the world champion. It is the right shop for everyone.

I love this place. I should ride more so things will break so I have more reason to shop here. Owner — Kenny — is often on the floor, but all the staff is friendly and helpful.
Example: yesterday I bought some chain oil and after paying and getting thanked by the guy at the register I had a conversation with the owner. When it was time to leave he said: «Hey» to get my attention and then added «Thanks a lot»

Great selection of bikes. Great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was there for Ironman Lake Placid and they met all my last second needs with a smile. Ken is name of the owner and he was very kind and generous. They even had TDF on a big screen TV for viewing when hanging out and waiting.
