Yet again, the customer service was horrible. The kids wanted it and we caved. Went inside and the gentleman behind the counter was only focused on himself and what was easiest for him. Disappointing because I gave them a second chance and they failed. We all walked out… never to be back again.

The place was clean and the food was good but it was freezing inside. All the employees were wearing jackets. I asked if it’s always this cold and the nice girl said yea. «it’s always cold in here.» My mother ordered first while my father and I waiting for veggies. They would not give my mother her food without me paying for it first. Then I had to pay for my dad’s and mine separately. Very odd…

Please don’t waste your time! Ordered broccoli and beef… I literally received 3(small) pieces of beef and 4 pieces of broccoli. Unfriendly service not worthy of $ 2/hour, forget $ 15. The best thing about my meal… pre-packaged soy sauce Update: providing this update and picture is not something I would normally consider doing. However, the degree to which I was disgusted by the food, service, and indifference regarding customer satisfaction warrants more. This place defies reason for how they stay in business. I am so unsettled by this experience that I threw 95% of the food I ordered into the trash. DISGUSTING food and careless, indifferent service.

Wow… Should have read the reviews on this place first. The drive-through took WAY too long to get my change, and I was the only person in line. Got a panda bowl with noodles and string bean chicken and had to spit out/throw away a good portion of the chicken because it was so fatty/slimy or hard. So weird. I love Panda… but I won’t go to this one again.

I am a loyal fan of Panda Express. The last two visits at this location have left me disappointed. The first negative encounter included my ordering a 3 entrée plate and one of the entre was a premium selection and they charged more. The young lady that helped us was new and not only kept forgetting what I had ordered but also gave the smallest portion sizes. I feel that especially paying premium pricing she could at least fill the designated plating. She did one scoop and shook it to let peieces fall… Well the 2nd encounter I went through the drive through and was really worried I would have her again. I am not sure if it was but they seemed very similar in the sense that I had to order the one 3 item entrée plate twice in the loud speaker and then at the window the order was wrong and she argued with me that I didn’t order that. Well I did repeat myself a few times and instead of just accepting my order was wrong and arguing with me makes me feel like I am being difficult. I don’t understand why the customer service level is so rude. I thanked her as she handed me my food and she didn’t say anything and just shut the window. I swear I wasn’t trying to ruin her day but it sure did feel like I had.

Service is awful. This is my second visit. Thought I’d give them another chance. 5 employees working with 2 people ahead of me in line plus a drive thru and it took 20 minutes! Not going back.

The girl working at the drive through was horribly rude and impatient and the food isn’t as good as their other locations. Just avoid this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. At one point I spit out my food to make sure I wasn’t eating poop. Eating here was a life changing experience in that it took my innocence. I am extremely regretful that I ate here and may God have mercy on not only on my soul but on the souls of everybody that has has ever and will

I love to eat here because the environment is very good. Also, I’m so excited that it has drive through and save my time to find a parking spot

let me start by saying i love Panda Express! however, i was a loyal customer until last week. i went in for a wonderful shrimp bowl only to see the line employee get flustered and drop several plates on the floor. she then proceeded to pick up the plates and place them again on the line. she not only used unsanitary plates to serve to customers but she did not even change her gloves! ick! i walked out and called the store and the response i received was«we know who it is and we will talk to her.» not going back — would have placed a 0 but 1 is the lowest score.

Waited twenty minutes for a fresh cooked portion that I ended up having to walk inside and get. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. I will stick to wilsonville.

It never fails that when I go through the drive thru they always get my order wrong I do not know if it’s because I’m spending over $ 40 on five separate two entrée meal and I’m not physically watching them put it in the containers for what but I have never gone through the drive through and got a fully correct order I only hit this location when I’m heading downtown Portland every single time they hand me my order I asked them are you sure its correct and is there a fork in the bag the employee always reassures me that it’s correct and it never is so they take my name and say come back and we will replace your meal every time I come back and no idea what I’m talking about I will give them 3 stars for the fact that I don’t have to wait long in the drive thru and the food is absolutely fresh but whoever is managing that window needs to figure it out

This was one of the cleanest, friendliest fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Service was quick, servers were happy to help and they had tons of board games for the kids to play while we were waiting. We even stayed after we are to finish playing. The food was about what I was expecting from a fast food chain, but the overall experience really made a difference. We will definitely go back again.

If you think to yourself«well I love the Chinese food at Safeway, but it’s just too good for me» try Panda Express. Salty mystery meat in goopy sauces over dried out rice or soggy noodles.

5 stars because the drive thru is awesome! I’m obsessed with Chinese food and since Portland doesn’t have very many decent Chinese joints we just stick to Panda because it’s right down the street. Their food is consistent, decent, service is fast, and employees are friendly.

It’s not a shocker, right? The two stars? Because you knew, Katrina, going in… or at least you SHOULD have known… this wasn’t going to end well. The service is fine. They are efficient and give you what you have ordered. It’s not their fault, Katrina. You ordered that food. You wanted to have something«different.» That’s all on you. Here’s what you’ve tried: beef with broccoli, orange chicken, chicken with string beans, fried rice, white rice, all that jazz. Here’s what you’ve been able to eat in its entirety: the fortune cookie. Each to his own learning curve; I understand. Like how it took you 5 years of ordering the Carl’s Jr #3 once every six months before it stuck in your pea brain that it makes you feel ill. So maybe this last time is the last time you make your way through that Panda Express drive-thru. Maybe you write it down and remember why. Why: You’ve been a fast food connoisseur since your mom worked at Burger King when you were 2 years old. You’ve seen and tasted the changes, especially in the meats. When not constituted of chipboard, all fast-food meats have become progressively mealier, but you’ve learned to pick the better ones. Panda Express, Katrina: not one of the better ones. The Panda seems to have a corner on the soggiest segment of this market. The meat and vegetables are about the same mushy consistency, which all works to nicely complement the tepid temperature and awful styrofoam container. You know the sound of a plastic fork against styrofoam? I’m cringing just thinking about it. I could — and probably should — get much better Chinese food delivered to my work or house for about the same price. Even Jack-in-the-Box has a decent Teriyaki Bowl that renders this disaster unnecessary. They do have good fortune cookies, although even the fortunes themselves are kinda crap. My last one(cross my fingers and hope to die) said: PLEASURESAWAITYOUBYTHESEASHORE. I can only hope the pleasure is in knowing that the terrible temptation of Panda Express is far, far away.

I stopped by here on my way to a movie premier, and have to say it’s better than expected. Usually, I’d think of these on the same level as Taco Bell or Mc-D or BK… Untrue! Panda Express is much cleaner and the food is much better for you. Of course it may be a few bucks more than a value meal for other fast-food joints, but overall, you’re going to each much better. I ordered the fried rice with Pepper Shrimp and Beijing Beef. I always have to grab a couple of the hot packets and add those, because the spice they season it with is not for the average Korean that likes it extra spicy:-) All of this was less than $ 10.00 and was quick and easy. I’d definitely stop by here again in the future and there are usually little to no lines.

Panda-monium! I have a soft spot for panda. We used to get the delivery from Panda Inn when we lived in LA growing up. It’s amazing to see how it’s grown since! We usually get the panda family fest which gets you 2 large starches &3 large meats for $ 30. That can’t be beat! We switch it up, but our favorites are orange chicken(a classic!), honey walnut prawns, and string bean chicken. A couple orders of potstickers are usually in the mix too. Ask for the hot mustard and chili sauces. Yum! I really like this location because they’re friendly and because it’s so busy with a drive through they have a high turnover of food, which means our food is almost always made fresh for us. They’ve also never messed up our order like other locations have.
