Gina’s Dry Cleaners

Amazing service, always helped quickly and efficiently and the staff has gone out of there way to remember me and my preferences. Will never use another cleaners!

I’m surprised to read so many poor reviews, because I save all my tough jobs for Gina’s and drive a little farther to get to them. They were first recommended to me by Nordstom.
I’ve had great success with them both for cleaning (whites, difficult items) and repairs. I’ve found their repair costs to be very fair, but I do think they are a bit expensive for cleaning – but worth it for valuable pieces.

I left 2 wedding dresses at Gina’s to be cleaned and boxed. I wanted to view the dresses before they were boxed. The first dress still was dirty, so I had them attempt to clean it again. It was clean so I had them box it. The second dress didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. I mean the whole hem was dirty and the lady said, «how did I miss that?» I left it to be cleaned again, but I just didn’t feel comfortable and went back to get the dress (because it was hand-​made by a designer in New York) and not have her clean it again or box it. She charged me $ 50.00 for a dirty dress. I mean, this was dirt I know I can get out with Woollite and a soft brush. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The Positive:
I have been using Gina’s Dry Cleaners mobile pick-​up & delivery service for over 15 years and for the most part, they’ve done a great job. As added value, they provide a garment bag for your use for weekly service, replace missing or broken buttons, and provide the occasional well-​placed stitch when needed.
The Negative:
Over the past few months, I’ve seen a decline in both their service and their delivery and this past week my clothes have been sitting in their garment bag for over a week without pickup… I hope this is a very isolated incident that gets fixed QUICKLY and will then be able to once again recommend them as a 5 star cleaner.

Gina is a great person but has no idea what she is doing when it comes to hiring her staff. The staff when helping the customers put on a mask, they are not truly that nice or caring they just want your 40 bucks for the 2 shirts you brought in, which brings me to my other point. Ginas is way over priced no matter if you get it delivered or bring the clothes in your self. In the short weeks i worked there i saw the staff mock multiple customers and even there own worker were mad fun of behind there back. Ginas has by far the rudest workers and worst prices. Besides the workers and prices the clothes dont even smell good after being cleaned here, and the bed spreads will smell worse then when you brought them in. Please do not support this Lake Oswego cleaners go further up boones ferry to Lakeview cleaners they have amazing staff, get the clothes done faster and much cheaper

2.50 a pound, free delivery.
I was impressed with there free delivery service, but 40 bucks for a load of laundry is alittle silly. I guess i know where my «free delivery» is going to.
Anyway, besides the price the people that work there are very nice. I would have given this place a 3 star if my clothes didnt smell burnt. Not sure if they left them in the dryer to long or put them in one of those huge dryers, but come on guys for 40 bucks a load my clothes should be smelling like a tropical rain forest.

Very bad service, very bad experience. I was not happy with the job they did and they acted like it was my fault and treated me with total disrespect. I don’t expect to pay what I did and be so unhappy with the finished product. there are so many cleaners around I would rather go where my business is appreciated

I took my brides maids dress to Gina’s to be altered. It was a really well made dress from J Crew and I was afraid that it would be a more difficult alteration and that they would charge me a lot for it. I went in, she fitted me, quoted me at a reasonable price and I had it back in a few days! They had great customer service and it fit perfect after the alterations! I would definitely trust them again if I ever needed anything altered!

Satisfied? No problem. Dissatisfied? That’s your problem.
They ruined my item, refused to take responsibility, then accused ME of being dishonest.
You can do better. Try another dry cleaner.

Gina is a fabric wizard, and clearly has a staff of talented apprentices. My family has been using her for decades for nearly all our dry cleaning needs. She’s efficient and economical, and she’s been able to fix most damage done by lesser dry cleaners on the few occasions we were foolish enough to venture elsewhere. Our loyalty is now absolutely confirmed.
With my recent purchase of a cashmere topcoat, I knew I needed some input on proper care. Even though I live 600 miles away now, it was still Gina I called for advice. She was perfectly friendly and shared her expert wisdom with me, assuaging my fears about my new pride and joy melting off my body and being ruined if I got caught in a light rain.
