I have the feet of the elephant man. Ok, they are not that bad. I was dealing with some pronation, flat feet, and pinched nerve sheathes. My orthopedic surgeon recommended shoes inserts.
Harold took good care of me. first he casted my feet and made plaster versions of my feet. Then he created custom orthotics that cup and hold my feet in perfect alignment.
Sure my feet feel awful now, but in three weeks they will feel like a dream. These things aint cheap but they do take insurance.
They also do all sorts of other orthotics and braces.
