With other technitions I regularly had skin peeled off w/​the wax, ingrown hairs, long lasting redness. Karen is so very detailed, takes copious notes and works with me regarding my treatment. Ive never had the above listed issues with her.

She has a great following and a busy schedule which only proves the quality of work, dedication to and with clients.

Sadly my hair removal treatment did not take. It looked great for a while but now all the hair has grown back and I’m stuck shaving again. Very disappointing after putting so much time and money into the treatments.

i recently bought the sharing spree for laser hair removal from Yellow Door Laser (inside of Tres Chic Salon). Lara is amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. she answered all my questions. the introductory pricing on laser hair removal was too good to pass up so i bought a few more areas to get done in addition to the bikini area i bought the spree for. the treatment was painless and very quick! i cannot wait to finish all my treatments and be HAIR FREE!!!

I got the detox steam massage here and it was amazing! I sweat out all of my toxins (or at least some of them) and I have never felt so relaxed. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone! I got the deal on Sharing Spree and will definitely be back!

Most of the reviews here are for facials but I went in for a mani and pedi with Shannon K. Shannon had just gotten back from a trip & just recently became a nail tech so she seemed a little jet-​lagged & not as detailed as I would have liked but she was still a good listener.
I didn’t get my arms massaged just my hands put in a warm glove then the remaining lotion rubbed in. I decided not to go w/​Shallac nails b/​c of the damage it’s caused to my enamel during the removal process (when it was time to re-​do). So just had her pushed back cuticles, nail filing & clear coat. I also did a pedi, again didn’t receive the massage on my legs just my feet for about 5 mins total. I read the website description of a mani/​pedi service and it states «hand & arm massage and extensive foot massage». I don’t feel like I got that.
Also their listed prices seem high compared to other salons.
So for not receiving an adequate massage during my mani/​pedi I took a star off and for high prices I took another star off. Service was ok but nothing special. Inside the salon was nice. Area seemed very clean not cluttered.

Melanie is my favorite aesthetician. Every session with her is a treat. The facial and massage flows like a well composed symphony, every touch was well thought out and flows with grace. I always walk away glowing, and feels very pampered.

Melanie is just the best! Not only does she provide a wonderful facial (depending on your skin type), but she provides all the small touches (hot stone massage, hand and arm massage, warm slippers for you feet, head and neck massage) that make you want to go back again and again. In addition, Melanie really cares and is just wonderful… skip the therapist, treat yourself to one of Melanie’s facials instead. This also makes a terrific present for the people who have every earthly thing they want! Oops, forgot to add, she is the only person trained to do the Bio-​rolling in this area.
