NO BUGS! I did call w concerns a couple times & they were out here within a day. Even tho it was not time for a service, not to mention it’s an hour & a half drive here to Quartzsite. And no EXTRA charge for those call backs. I was recently concerned about termites. Not to be sexists but I’m scared of bugs & also know nothing about controlling them. I had found some signs that I really thought were from termite activity last week. But no, it wasn’t. Ron who’s the licensed termite expert did the inspection. It would have been so easy to use tell me, «yep, you have a termite problem!» I’d be none the wiser. But he was honest & it turned out to be flying ants. I would have never known the difference. To describe them as professional, courteous, friendly & honest are understatements. How refreshing to know that there ARE HONEST people out there.
