We had a cracked screen on an iPad three replaced by Bob and his team. We were pressed for time as we were only in Lake Havasu for a couple of days. The part was ordered and replaced in 24 hours by Bob and his team. Friendliness, professionalism and politeness a feature of our experience. Just had the ear plug jack in my IPad replaced today by Bob at Icracked. I am now a loyal customer. I had the same problem repaired in Las Vegas recently and it failed again. Another Vegas trip plus $$$. Nope! Found Icracked in a Google search and gave them, Bob, a try. Glad I did. The IPad is back working like a champ. And with same day service!!! And I sensed that Bob May have discovered a minor problem not addressed in Vegas. Not only is his workmanship good but his rates are as competitive, or even better, than Vegas. Especially if you factor in the cost of the trip. Great job!
