River Action Landscaping

Jerry Terenti came and gave a quote to my husband, quoted a price, shook hands, and made an appointment to come do the work.
He never showed and never called. He didn’t even return calls.
Mistake to call this unprofessional and poorly run business.

River action landscaping is a professional run company.
Thier employees are polite respectful and they got my landscaping done on time and for less than the price they quoted (when does that ever happen these days)
I interviewed 4 landscapers in town and i’m so glad i chose them

Another company in Lake Havasu that pays to advertise everywhere… too bad their service is SO horrible.
I had to leave 2 phone messages for this company before a women called me back to schedule an appointment for someone to come look at my yard project. I think his name was Jerry that was coming on a Friday afternoon.
I was there all afternoon waiting for him to show up to give me an estimate.
Of course he was a NO SHOW! No phone call either.
What a waste of my time!
I tried calling them but just got their voicemail (again!)… left another message.
The woman decided to call me back the following Tuesday to tell me that Jerry did show up and the job wasn’t big enough for them. What?!
Totally not even true since I was home all afternoon and no one ever came by.
Plus the job was front and backyard and definitely not too small for them.
She insisted that it wasn’t a job for them and instead referred me to call another company in town!
This place must be plenty busy working for new home builders or something because they sure don’t seem to care about getting new business from a homeowner.
WHY EVEN PAY TO ADVERTISE?
Pass!
