It’s unfortunate you weren’t able to have a better line of communication with Loren. We can’t say enough about how well we’ve been treated. We’ve called them several times over silly things that we couldn’t figure out and they were over the same day. Yes, we understand that with the growth in Havasu over the past year or so, he wasn’t able to accept calls on his cell, but we always get a call back after leaving a message with his wife. It’s been a pleasure having him and his company take care of our wiring and security needs. Great company!

I would not use or recommend Havasu Wiring.
The phone is turned off on Friday afternoon until Monday.
No customer Service, No phone calls answered, Not emails returned, «Text» service is not available on Loren’s phone (he had it disabled)
If you ever have any questions about what was installed after Loren has been paid, your out of luck, you would expect some follow up communication after you’ve spent 10k, (a premium for equipment & labor) for a whole home audio system. Not so much.
There are a few others in town that will take care of you Audio needs.
