I used Wired Technologies for installing and programming 2 new Harmony remotes. I initially set up the appointment because they were available and returned my phone calls. The initial estimate was rather quick. Nick looked at my 2 Television/DVD systems and gave me a quote. When I set up the appointment for installation, he came and told me I needed a different Comcast box. I’m not sure why he didn’t mention this before since he looked at the boxes at the time of the estimate. He said he would come back in the morning when I had the new boxes. I went to Comcast that night and got the new box. Meanwhile, everything was unhooked and I had no TV capabilities for 24 hours. He didn’t show up in the morning. I called and he said he couldn’t make it. I begged him and he said he would come in the evening. When he arrived, he told me I’d need an additional piece, that would be about $ 100. At that point, I just wanted my TV to work, so I agreed. The TVS were not working really properly when he left. He sent me an estimate, which I misplaced. I told him that I would pay him if he came by to fix the TVs since they still weren’t working properly. We scheduled a time and agin he was a no show. Finally he came back. The TVS sometimes work but I would never buy this product again. Also, the estimate was nearly $ 300 less than the bill. The $ 100 charge he quickly mentioned to me was actually per TV and actually more than $ 100. If you want someone who gives you highly inaccurate estimates and sometimes is a complete no show, this is the company for you! The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because they respond to email and were polite inside my home.
