Laundry was not done on the day promised(laundered off site). When I came a 2nd time to pick up later in the week, the owner threw out a price(no written or computerized totals, and no posted prices). He said he was giving me a 5 dollar discount until I commented that 2 bucks a laundered shirt was still too expensive, then he restored the original price. You can find cheaper prices computerized receipts, onsite laundry, and better demeanor at many other cleaners in the area.

Been using this Dry Cleaners for awhile, and they are excellent. The only issue I have is they never provide an itemized receipt. Prices seem fair, I just never know why the variance. But the work is fantastic and the staff is friendly and professional.

I am not the type of person to keep beating a dead horse, but I feel like I need to respond to Tatiana’s most resent response to my poor review of her establishment. 1. Yes, you privately messaged me offering $ 10 gift card to your company. You put sharpie on 8 of my shirts that were approximately $ 80 each. $ 10 won’t cut it — sorry. 2. Most dry cleaners DONOT put sharpie on your clothes. I went to many different cleaners all around the states and not one did that — yours did. Here is the reason why nobody does that. What if my brother was doing an errand for me? Or my friend was cleaning my shirts for whatever reason… Whatever the case may be, if that was the case, then there would be someone else’s name on my shirts. So no, not a good way to go. You then say it’s your job to remove stains and you don’t put them there. Sorry but, SHARPIE = STAIN. 3. Regarding the ‘excessive sweating’. This is my favorite. I am an athletic person, I don’t sweat unless I’m very active. How in the world would I sweat excessively in my air conditioned office cubicle? Sorry, but I’m calling BS on that. Cheers, Thomas

I’m a fan! I have been coming here for my dry cleaning needs for the last two years. I live in Corona, so my trips are now less frequent, but I trust this cleaners so much that I’m willing to make the drive. As someone who works in the fashion industry, I want my clothes to look as well-kept as possible. It’s important that my items are handled with care. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and cleaning methods, so I know my belongings are in good hands when they’re here!

I had a last minute trip come up where I needed a few suits and dresses done on a Friday. They were very nice and accommodating and had them ready the same day. Family owned, Friendly service, great prices and delivered as promised! I’m a fan

I’m a really long term customer — since the original owners opened the shop in the 1980s. When the«new» owners took over about 6 – 7 years ago, I worried, but they same level of service — the same attention to detail. Nice place. Decent prices. I recommend Spic-n-Span

Tony and Margo have taken great care of our dry-cleaning needs for over seven years without any major hiccups. They are always prompt, polite and professional. Looking forward to seven more years.
