This place is the worst! I took a Free People high necked sundress in to have a slip sewn in because it was pretty sheer. The lady seemed to understand what I wanted. I got a call later that that day for my waist measurement. I said no I don’t want the slip to start there I want it to start under my arms, so I went back and they measured around my chest. When I went to pick it up the next week I was horrified! My dress was now a skirt! WTF!!! I asked the man what happened?! He said they did what I wanted. I said no, I asked for a slip sewn into the dress. He kept arguing with me saying that’s not what I said. Who does that with a customer? I asked for money to replace the dress $ 98.00) didn’t get a clear answer about that. To get to the point I picked up my now skirt, took it back to the store and the owner gave me another dress since I shop there all the time. Stay away from this place, they don’t do professional tailoring, don’t listen to their customers and don’t understand English. They are not the sweet Korean owners who used to own. Terrible customer service and no respect for customers. The customer is always right. I knew what I wanted done!

They broke buttons on my vrry exprnsive finely msde shirts which I is why I have them dry cleaned. Very poor customer service glad I go elsewere!

Love K’s. Been using them for 2 years now. Reasonable prices. When my wife pulls up with the baby, they bring the clothes right out for her so she doesn’t have to unbuckle the baby and everything. These guys are great and we will continue to use them. I recommend you all do to!

I tried this dry cleaner because it was conveniently located to other points of interest. Today was my 5^th visit to and I have to say I’m very impressed.
Customer service has been great. I’ve been greeted promptly each and every time. My clothing has been done exactly to my liking (and I’ve given very specific instructions for my husband’s work attire).
I would recommend this place!

Mr. K broke all my buttons on a dress shirt but would not fix them… I told him he was a crook… he said the shirt had cheap buttons… you be the judge… I say stay clear of this «K“nucklehead!!!
