While service was ok here, a bit slow, the drinks we got just were not great. Both the blended mocha and caramel did not taste great, not blended well, the quality is just not quite there. Great location in general, easy parking, great hours, clean with plenty of seating. I might come back and try something else next time, but for now, no need to rush back.

I’ve come a few times for work and meetings. The space is pretty busy so not the ideal setting for work, but definitely a nice setting for friends and family to meet. The location is in a very busy shopping center so parking can sometimes get a bit hectic. Overall, I suggest this place but know that it can sometimes get very loud. I usually order he vanilla latte with whole milk.

Came in this morning and ordered a Vanilla Latte in my groggy haze i forgot to say iced. :(I know this is a total drain to have to change the drink after they’ve already made me a hot latte and i appreciate that i wasn’t meet with sneers or bad attitude when i asked for iced. I’ve been going through a crippling amount of stress these past couple weeks and decided to treat myself. You just don’t know what people have going on in there personal life. So it was a relief that i got nothing but great service today from the girls even with me ordering the wrong drink. While i was waiting i saw three different people cleaning around the store! Amazing that they are taking such great care of the establishment.

I really love Peet’s Coffee. Their lattes are amazing, you really can’t go wrong with them. The only thing I don’t like about this particular location is that it’s really small and it gets extremely crowded!

Came here for a quick pick me up! I ordered a matcha green tea latte with almond milk and half sweet. It took awhile for my drink to come out. I think that the gentleman before me ordered a few drinks. I didn’t really have an issue with the wait, but when I got my drink the barista offered me a free drink coupon for being patient! I was really surprised. The drinks here are consistently good, but I’ve mostly only ordered the matcha green tea latte. The great thing about the matcha green tea lattes here compared to Starbucks is that you can get them unsweetened. The ones at Starbucks are sweet even with no additional classic syrup. The matcha powder they use already has sweetener in it. I will definitely be back for more matcha green tea lattes.

Nothing too incredibly special about this Peet’s. It’s nice that it opens later than most places so if you need somewhere to study, this is good and they do have outlets. Service is mediocre when I went, not bad, but not exceptional. When I ordered my drink for here, I expected a ceramic mug because I don’t want to waste paper cups but I was given my drink in a normal paper cup. The mocha is standard, but the mayan mocha($ 1 off with check in) was… not good. I’m sure the baristas just use the company provided syrup, so it’s not their fault at all, but the spice flavor was too strong and it burned and scratched my throat a bit whenever I took a sip. BUT one of the baristas who took my order was very kind and patient when I struggled with finding my debit card and checking in on my phone, and I’m very appreciative of that!

Tasty little coffee spot. I ordered the iced coffee brew and it tasted pretty good. I’m not a big fan of adding a ton of sugar or milk to my coffee so the iced brew did the job. My girlfriend ordered the chai tea and it tasted yummy. It had just the right combo of spice and sweetness. Overall I recommend it if you need a grab a good cup of coffee or tea and your in the neighborhood.

Super friendly and knowledgeable employees, quick service, and delicious drinks. My favorites are the iced caramel macchiato, the black tie, and the maple latte. The only downside is there isn’t a ton of indoor seating and there don’t seem to be enough chairs on the outdoor patio compared to the number of tables they have.

This Peet’s consistently has the best staff and the best coffee! Paul is doing a great job running the place! The staff here is the best… they always brighten my day. AND they know their coffee. Great new choices for summer. I asked about the new cold brew coffee and Black Tie drink this morning and was made fresh samples to try…(both excellent btw!) If you live anywhere near this Peet’s and love great coffees(or tea)…and friendly great service… this is a must stop!(Daily in my case! ;)

I love this place. So much better tasting coffee than Starbucks! Service is usually very quick and I’ve never had a problem with my order. They do have almond milk for lattes etc(extra .60 I think), and they also do coupons via email and Unilocal check-ins, which is another bonus in my book!

What prompted us to come here was the fact that during 12 to 4PM, they have 50% off their Javiva. It is very similar to other equivalent smoothies, but at half the price and with no need for buy one get one free, so it’s all good. During this specific visit, they added the promotional price without a reminder(I have had to do so for some establishments). It came out quickly(though they only had one cashier during ordering) and with a lid on it unlike the branch next to Creamistry, and there were no problems with it.

I don’t like their regular coffee, but their espresso drinks are great. It’s hard to find Peets in Orange County, so this Peets gets 5 stars for existing. I go everyday when I’m in this area. There’s not a lot of seating, so good luck if you want to sit down early to mid-day. It gets better later. The employees are very friendly. I’m not even going to detract a star for the air-conditiong that was blasting me on a cold, rainy day. I begged for mercy and was told that the table I was at was right by a vent and the employees will get hot if they don’t blast the AC. One day, maybe, the U.S. will be as smart about climate control in buildings as Japan has been for the past several decades.

Peet’s is the bomb! What more can I say? Well, I can say that I was a long time Starbucks fan until my cousin, Ryan P., awoke me from my dogmatic slumber and wrestled me away from the shining green lights and burned coffee beans at that Moby Dick character’s monster of a chain and let me find peace in the arms of a Peet’s Pumpkin Latte. What’s that? PSL you say? If your coffee beverage is going to get its own goddamn hashtag and suddenly become the harbinger of the autumn months, it better be pretty darn good. Now I’m begging you folks, BEGGING you to throw away your #PSL and get a cup of coffee with good milk, fantastic beans and great foam with just the right hint of pumpkin goodness at your neighborhood Peet’s. This location is my favorite when I’m in Orange County. I live in the Bay Area now and love how Peet’s are as plentiful as Starbucks up there. It’s a bummer that the closest Peet’s to my house in OC is in Tustin; they really need to put them all over Santa Ana, Orange, Anaheim, Brea and Yorba Linda. I’m always surprised there are so many Coffee Beans around those parts. Who even goes to Coffee Bean anyway? And why would you go there when Peet’s is there, calling you home. Anyway, I apologize because this medium Peet’s pumpkin latte is making me a little too giddy. Long story short, I love their foam, freshly made whipped cream, and how they put chopped coffee beans on your freddos if you want. I also love how their coffee isn’t bitter and burned like it is at Starbucks. If you’re looking for beans to take home, I highly recommend Café Domingo or even Major Dickason’s Blend. I have a cup of Café Domingo every morning! This Peet’s in particular is a great location with great service — it’s my favorite place to sit at the counter in front of the window and read Infinite Jest on a rainy day. Enjoy your coffee, people!

The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful. I have recently become a loose leaf tea drinker & the employees here are always so willing to help me pick my next cup. Only complaint is the area it’s in in the shopping center isn’t the best of parking areas so you might have to park a bit away & walk. Luckily the weather in El Toro is usually nice!

I’m surprised by the low ratings because I’ve always had good service here. Last week I went and I was tired and had a brain fart and accidentally said«latte» instead of «iced latte» and they were cool about re-making my drink for free. I’ve been to Portola, Kean, Kaffa, Lost Bean, etc. and while those are all good, Peet’s is still my favorite. They have the absolute best iced latte I’ve ever had and I love how they play classical music. I love how they foam up the milk in it. I’ve never done drugs but the first sip of that iced latte is what I imagine cocaine must be like. For excellent coffee I recommend Café Solano or Café Domingo; Solano is a little brighter tasting and is currently my favorite. I wish if they’d build a Peet’s in the Orange/Anaheim area. I hate Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
