Oasis Window Cleaning

Oasis Window Cleaning apparently does not need your business. I booked them a month in advance before a bridal shower at my house. They showed up asked me to unplug all my electrical computers. After they came in and cased my house, they then left without saying a word. When they took off, I called 3 times to ask why they left, thinking perhaps, maybe they were out getting cleaning products, Finally received a text back that they left because we had not moved everything out of the way. They said we were told everything had to be moved or they were going to charge an additional 100 dollars, that is a LIE, they never told me that ever! I should have known when a week before, he called to get all my information again, because he (Jason) lost it, then Jason comes and inspects my entire house and then leaves without saying goodbye or we do not want to do your job and then ditches 3 calls and responds back with a text. They are unprofessional and not a company of their word. Nor are they dependable. I have never experienced such a lack of unprofessionalism or cowardness. Who does not confront you to say I am sorry we cannot do this job or goodbye. Call another window cleaner or do it yourself!

Oasis window cleaning is the best company to use if you want clean spotless windows. Jason is the owner of this company. I have been using him 7 years now. my windows are so clean that they are really invisible. This company is professional on so many levels. They even wear shoe covers when they enter your house so that no dirt tracks on your carpet. This company is the BEST!

He gave me this appointment a week ahead of time with a quote and to be with staff. He showed up late and alone, and started making excuses as to why he can’t wash my windows. He said my windows were too dirty and will «mess up his equipment.» He refused to do the job. It was a waste of both our times and I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody.
