This company contracts out individuals to clean the area I work at(Mitsuwa). They are so good at their job! I seriously am in love with all of the friendly people from this company I have met(Marta, Marta, and Roberto!). They are so efficient and thorough with there work and I am so pleased to have them with my company. I could honestly not ask for a better company to contract from. Thank you so much for making my work days smoother!

Wow! I don’t have enough bad to say about this company. Our HOA has hired them to provide security. Their employee I encountered is hostile, threatening, harrassing, and verbally assaultive. Calls to the company’s management remain unreturned. How an individual like this gets screened and hired for a job that they are clearly unfit to perform is beyond me. When you see GMI — run, don’t walk… they may be crazy. The only thing I fear is my security company! Imagine that. Update to the above: management at the company has apologized for their employee’s behavior, and even sent an unsolicited gift basket, which does show they’re concerned. Better advice: screen prospective employees –before– they’re employees.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Some friends and I were shopping at Costco and Ikea to look at some decorating ideas for our new home. We stopped to eat lunch at Costco b/c we had been out and about all day. When we walked out of the store, my car was gone!!! «Someone authorized» GMI to tow my car. I had to pay $ 20 to take a cab to this Texas Chain Saw Massacre-looking towing company(it was pretty scary), wait in line for 3 hours with some very upset people, then I had pay another $ 350 to pick up my vehicle! I was FURIOUS to say the least. I called GMI over and over and over and over again to speak with someone about this situation. I finally got in touch with a «Manager»(Tyrone) and he told me to send him a copy of any receipts I had to validate that I actually was shopping at Costco! I faxed over a receipt, only for him to return my phone call and say, «I’m sorry, we could not read the receipt so therefore I cannot help you out.» I have since called again and again to speak to him or someone else to let them know I can send an enlarged photo copy of the receipt or drive to San Diego to show them the receipt is VALID… No one has returned my calls and I’m still out of $ 370. It’s flat our robbery!
