Bunch of kids, didn’t get the order right, and felt like they just didn’t care. I rather drive the extra 15 mins to rsm to get better service and better selection.

Okay so now that the company no longer does the 1 dollar any size drink promotion any more, I’ve notice that this place is slightly more expensive than the Mcdonald’s on Portola. I only noticed the small sized drink is actually 19 cents more expensive here than it is on Portola so idk what’s going on??? Also another star taken off the few times this lady was doing something on the register and not acknowledging me in front of her after like 30 awkward seconds until she was done with whatever. Not even a hello or anything, just a defeated«how can I help you…» afterward :(Happened more than once. What happened? I’m NOT lovin’ it… ;__;

I have been here four times. Every time I come I want to tell them how embarrassed they should be. The order is never right or they leave things out all together. The cashier during lunch is either high or perma-fried! He has a terrible attitude. The manager is rude and could care less about anything. You ask for condiments and the cashier looks at you dumb and asks a manager for the condiments because obviously he can’t multi task! Service is so slow it’s like I am going to a sit down restaurant. How this location stays in business blows my mind. Calling corporate and asking them to check this location out. Should have looked at reviews because clearly other customers have the exact same complaints. Watched a guy come back in from drive through with two happy meals that were missing the burgers. Really? Do a job big or small do it right or don’t do it at all!

We went there around 8pm tonight since kids want chicken nuggets. The Servers are very low efficient. It is not peak time but somehow people work there just can’t handle it. Took a long time to get my food and not giving we receipt after I paid by credit card… and I asked for it. took them a while to print it as well. I will say you go to fastfood for FASTFOOD. but they are even slower than In& out… Will not go to this store anymore.

I’ve never been inside this McDonalds. I’ve only gone through their drive-thru. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and the service is usually decent. Never felt like I was waiting too long.

This location is like any other McDonald’s, but it has fewer walls and seats. People with devices tend to take up the booths to the rear of the store because there are outlets there. The drive-thru tends to get crowded at times which causes congestion in the parking lot. After hungrily discovering that they don’t have that Monday Big Mac special like locations in Irvine(not unlike the time I discovered they didn’t do happy hour in Northern California during that promotion), I had little choice but to eat other things. I ordered items OTHER than items that were not available at a discount on the specified days during my most recent visit and used one of my Monopoly game pieces. The food came out fast. I think there’s a lot of customers here since they often run out of certain sets of Happy Meal toys. In the past, I have received toys from sets that were not part of the currently marketed ones.

I’m sitting here watching all these people return their meals cause the orders are wrong. I don’t usually come here for the reason they are screwing up. SPEAKENGLISH. The English speakers try to speak Spanish because I guess their fellow employees can’t speak English. Franchise owner did you interview them in Spanish. I go to the carls jr on sand cyn. Great Oreo McFlurries and awesome Fillet-O-Fish specials now on fridays for only $ 1.49! Oh, and $ 1 more for an extra fish patty which you can get on the side or in your sandwich!(I got one on the side as a treat for my dog hehe) Love this place!

As I shiver in this 61 degree chilly morning what better way to start the morning right then to sip on a hot frothy caramel mocha? Yes indeed, my hands, mouth, body, & wallet work in sync as I now find myself in the drive through ordering above said drink. Long story short, wallet feels $ 2.29 lighter but I’m able to pat my belly in warm content. Thank for the view & have a great day! ^.^v

From experience, the drive through can kinda lag(take more than 5 – 10 minutes in drive through to order, wait, pay and drive away) in the early mornings(like before 6am). Today, I decided to be smart about it and walk in to order breakfast. I was starving! Like, 7am starving! I ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins and an iced coffee. Order took less than 5 minutes. I zoomed back over to work and sat at my desk to chow. I have a strange way of eating mcmuffins. I’ll bite into them in circles going counter clock-wise. It’s just how I enjoy these breakfast treats. Had I not turned the mcmuffin eating this way I would have unknowingly inhaled a foreign object that comes from human heads — a lock of hair. Immediately dropped the muffin back into wrapper and contemplated what to do. I thought, «Man, I’m still hungry…(sad face).» The hair in my muffin made both mcmuffins look not so tasty. In the end hunger wore me down and set aside the hair-one, and chomped on the 2nd mcmuffin(made sure to check this one before taking a bite!). Later in the morning, I drove back over to mcdonalds with the original receipt and spoke with their store manager/supervisor(?). Really sweet lady! I showed her the muffin and she was immediately apologetic and asked me what she could do to make amends. I told her I come here quite often and these things don’t happen everyday. A refund would be fine. Received the refund for the muffin and I was on my way. I thanked her for her help as she apologized again and I told her not worry about. I really appreciate the way she handled the situation. She listened to my complaint with rapt attention, and apologized for the error with empathy. I felt like she really cared. She solved the problem immediately and remedied the issue by asking me what she could do to fix the situation, which in this case was a refund. Corporate if you’re reading this, this lady is star material! She works hard to keep a good customer relationship by using the tried and true hospitality measure: L.A.S.T. Go awesome lady! **I wish I’d of gotten her name tag… I was not paying enough attention :(

It’s McDonalds-the standard fast food restaurant whose core value is efficiency. The food is, of course, how you would expect it to be since the menu at McDonald’s is pretty much standardized across all restaurants. The workers here were friendly in all my visits so I haven’t had any issues them. It’s one of the few places in the area that opens somewhat late, and it’s also a good place to grab something quick. The McDonald’s breakfast menu absolutely amazing. If only they served breakfast all day, but that’s not possible since there’s health guidelines they have to comply with and I heard it’s the worst if you’re on egg duty-a punishment for workers haha.

This McDonalds is so bad that I go out of my way to avoid it. I’ve been here three times. Once through the drive thru only to find out no McCafe drinks were being made(machine cleaning). Second time through the drive through again an hour before closing to listen to the punk teenager working inside try to tell me it was closed because he thought it was super funny. Third time I walked in to find out that even though they were advertising a Daily Double combo for 4.88, they had no way of charging it on the computer. No sir, not paying an extra dollar because of your false advertising. See ya.

I’ll write a review for a fast food eatery if the service was fantastic, or absolutely horrible. In this case, HORRIBLE. I just want to keep this short and simple. So, let’s just say that the guy manager(?) during lunch time is EXTREMELY rude(it was not just once or twice). You sir, need to get re-evaluated.

Worst Mickey D’s around. Yes it is McDonalds, so you know what you are getting but still… This one in particular seems to always over salt the fries, but then again, they have never been the same since they capitulated to the Vegetarians and health conscious and changed waht is in the oil, thanks a lot health freaks! I find the workers and managers at this particular location somehow dumb and dumber. They cannot get an order right to save their lives.
