Extremely slow service is really poor at best.
This is not the place to come for lunch.
Very disorganized at best.

Went to this KFC. It was the worst KFC I have ever had! The chicken was DRY! It tasted like it was cooked in oil from over a month ago. Also ordered original and got BURNED! Also asked for 2 mashed potatoes and a cole slaw. No slaw, but 2 mashed potatoes and one small gravy. This is what they are serving? Not acceptable. We could not eat any of the chicken, and threw it out. The potatoes we OK but not enough gravy! Biscuit’s were also dry no butter and no honey packs. What are they thinking charging people for this stuff! Never NEVER AGAIN!

I really hate to send this email. Normally, I accept that we all make mistakes, however I have had three separate poor service instances at this location. I honestly debated even going into this location, even sitting in the car with my daughters looking for other fast food restaurants before going through the drive thru.
The first time I had an issue, the server switched up the sides and forgot the condiments. Of course I did not discover this until I got home.
The second time I completed my order in the drive thru and then was told they «ran out of chicken» when I got to the window to pay.
This time they gave me Original recipe instead of the Extra Crispy, even after both the server and I repeated the order. When I got to the window, I was told yet again that they ran out of wings and wanted to replace them with legs and thighs. Okay, right then I should have drove away but my daughters were hungry so I let them make the substitution.
I feel silly even typing this. Actually taking a moment to write a review about a chicken order at KFC. I don’t expect much but this location has to get its act together. Pay attention to the customers and plan for the peak times so you have food available to the customers.
I also suggest that when a customer comes in upset, the manager take the lead and introduce themselves, apologize, whatever that is necessary to deescalate the situation. The manager sat in the back while the supervisor went to the office three times to get answers for my questions. The office is so close she should have just come out and addressed me herself.
Get it together KFC.

I like KFC, but this review is solely based on the girl who took our order in the drive-​thru. She was hilarious, knew her stuff, and was super friendly. If you want a laugh and a good chat combined with yummy food, go here and make sure you order from Genna.

I normally don’t eat KFC but saw an ad for the new Nashville Hot chicken and decided to give it a try since I love spicy things. My favorite fast food spicy chicken are from Popeye’s. So I wanted to compare the two because KFC claims that it is «…the best spicy chicken you’ll ever had».
You can either get it on bone or as chicken tenders. I decided to go with the 3 piece basket, which includes a biscuit and a coleslaw.
I opened the box and it looked super greasy. There was oil all over the lid and the bottom of the box. The flavor of the chicken was alright… salty and just a cayenne flavor. Not anything to rave about. The chicken tenders were super greasy and they weren’t fresh because the outside was chewy as if they were just sitting there and got a bit stale. My jaw was getting a workout from the chewing. I saw in the pic that it comes with pickles on top and I didn’t get any… I think the coleslaw helped me eat this as it masked the greasiness and the saltiness of the chicken. So one star for the coleslaw and one star for good service.
Overall, I probably won’t get this again. It made me wish I was eating Popeye’s spicy tenders :’(lol. So no this is definitely not the best spicy chicken I’ve ever had. Not even close.

The workers are awesome and always have a smile on their face. I came through Drive Thru and everyone was super sweet and kind. Jackie and this young blonde lady were extremely helpful. Definitely comin back!

We live up the street from here. This is our KFC. We’ve gotten to go orders here like 50 times! It’s always right. Plus, we check our orders at fast food restaurants before driving away because humans make mistakes sometimes. But nothing has ever been an issue. More honey maybe:) AND these guys are so cool, that sometimes we ask them to cook us some fresh chicken and they do! My family loves this KFC! Keep up the great work!

The 5 dollar fill up box commercials got to me lol. Was a little embarrassed because it took me a minute to order cuz I technically didn’t know how to «read» the menu when I asked for the kind of fill up box I wanted. Ended up getting the chicken breast one and drank some tea while I waited. I haven’t been to a kfc in a long time, but I do recall them having moist towelettes at one point? I think they still have them, but I was too shy to ask and so I just washed my hands in the bathroom.
Nothing out of the ordinary for me. I thought they were alright and I had no issues. This was my experience… what’s yours? (lol jk. But seriously I was fine with my experience.)

I was very disappointed with my visit. The time on Unilocal says this KFC closes at 12am (midnight) I got there at 11:24pm and they had already closed. I was highly upset with the fact that I had to drive to get disappointed.

Checked on Unilocal,«KFC closes in 42 minutes». I get there at 11:24 and I see this KFC closed. No lights, looked around, no answer. Either Unilocal needs to update or this KFC team wanted to close early. Not craving chicken anymore anytime soon.

They said they had my order through drive through, as soon as I got there, not available, had to wait for ten minutes and cannot reverse my Oder through the credit card, had to give me cash, or the option waiting and giving me 3 additional wing pieces. I’m in a hurry, This place sucks, never coming back here again.

The drive thru messed up my order. Will be the last time I visit this location!
Nobody answers the phone number that is listed for this business. They can’t even get THAT right!

Consistently get orders wrong after long waits. Not the difficult to take a simple order. I’m fed up with wasting my time at this location with either having them fix it or having to drive back. Go to wingstop.

I recently told my cousin from overseas that he needs to watch out for incompetent workers at fast food restaurants in America. This KFC is exactly what I was warning him about. The kid working the counter couldn’t do simple arithmetic. I’m pretty certain the colonel equipped the cash register with a calculator but despite that, the kid short changed us three times and the fourth time gave us too much. To his credit, he was apologetic about his inability to add and subtract. Then, when we got home, we found out that he gave us gravy but no mashed potatoes to go with it. I suppose it’s our fault for not going through our order item by item.

I know it is weird to right a review about KFC and out 5 stars lol but the girl at the drive thru rocks!!! She told me about a deal they have on mondays and she actually treated me like a person. She explained everything to me which was nice because I had questions on what the new sauce tasted like.
I will be back a lot more and it will be because of the drive thru girl :)

I really don’t know why I even bothered coming here for dinner. Everything in our order was wrong, the chicken was small, disgusting and completely inedible, and the gravy was pretty much brown water. Came here for the last 3 years and never will again.

First time on their drive-​thru and sad to say it’s our last. I clearly ordered a mix of original and grilled and they served me original and crispy. How can one mix up grilled with crispy? Well, the kids will have to eat all of it as my wife and I can’t eat the fried ones. We are NOT going back to this location.

Ok, so I went in here to get just regular family combo of chicken, they had nothing there! Not over exaggerating! I asked for Mac and cheese and they didn’t have it, I asked for coleslaw, none and I got to the point where the only things left was just something I didn’t like, I got the sides and left with my chicken, never going back, horrible service.

KFC used to mean Kentucky Fried Chicken, with the portions you are served today they should rename the company to KFCH-​Kentucky Fried Cornish Hen. They are serving mini chickens. When you ask what happened to the servings sizes all they say is «Sorry»? The company/​owner is most likely trying to save money on food product costs and purchasing the smaller sized product to save a few bucks. I will not continue to purchase Cornish Hens from a company that calls themselves a «Chicken Company». Shame on you KFCH!!!

The manager did call my brother and apologize for the poor service. He called their corporate offices and registered a compliant regarding this incident. She said that she will review the tapes of our purchase date to see who was responsible for messing up my order.
She also told my brother that she was willing to refund 100% of what we paid but he said it’s not about the money and it’s more about getting what you paid for so he said, just send me a coupon for a free meal and we will call it even.
For that, you get an extra star upgrade. This is an update to my original review.
