McDonald’s

Do not ever come here!!! We stopped here at 9pm after a day at Disneyland. There was only one car ahead of us in line. We were told we couldn’t order milkshakes because they had already cleaned the machines. What?! It’s a 24 hour drive thru. Why clean them so early?
We then waited 20 minutes in line for our food while the ONE car ahead of us chatted with the employees. The car behind me was so pissed off that it pulled out and left. My coffee was horrible. At least my kids got their fries. I’ve NEVER had such a horrible experience at any fast food place before. McDonalds isn’t fine dining, but I didn’t expect it to be so bad.
Seriously…don’t spend any money here. They don’t deserve our business until they can figure out how to get the cars thru the line in less than twenty minutes. And make the damn milkshakes available!!! Clean the machines at 4 in the morning!!!

I called this store and another one close by to see if they carried the Daily Double hamburger which the McD website shows. Neither store had them and was told all stores have varying menus. Shame on you McD, your advertising is deceiving. I guess we’ll go to Jack in the Box instead.

This McDonalds is a great place for a quick snack, restroom stop, and leg stretch while on the drive to L.A.
Hot coffee and hash browns make things all better. Especially in the morning. It’s A-​OK here.

Waited 5 minutes to order then 10 minutes to receive the wrong order. The manager doesn’t speak English well so it did no good to try to rectify the situation. A teenage employee helped.

I will never come back to this Mc Donald’s. The drive they line took forever. The lady taking the order couldn’t understand us & we couldn’t understand her. Ridiculous. Horrible service.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a simple iced tea. What a joke I think that the car in front of me who ordered everything on the menu would have been pushed forward to park until the order was ready so they can take care of the four cars behind her but no let’s just let everybody else wait well we will be 6 bags of food up for this customer. She must be hungrier than everybody else.

I used to come here all the time, but not anymore. Let me tell you why…
Last time I was there some creepy employee was cleaning the trash in the parking lot. I didn’t even know he was there so I almost hit him. He’s sweeping up trash right in front pf people’s cars in the drive thru. Not even bothering to look to see if anyone sees him. As I was pulling out of the drive thru he was sweeping the area where people drive to get out to the street. He stopped and stared me down trying to intimidate me while shaking his head. That’s crazy creepy!
And the quality is extremely inconsistent. Some days the eggs are great, other days I have to throw them out since they are so old that they’re not even food anymore.

WORST MCDICKS IN ALL OF ORANGE COUNTY!!! Never have I had a manager tell me to «make up my F*CKING mind…» A manager? Really? Like you are the one who works at a shitty mcdicks at 2 am… You make up you’re mind dumbass… Yikes

When I walked in, because of location, expected to give it only two stars, but it’s actually cleaner than I expected!

I used to meet a client at this McDonald’s, per his request. Key words: «used to.» I have found a particular manager very inhospitable. He would be very loud and obnoxious, constantly reprimanding his staff in front of everyone, completely berating them and making them feel stupid. I was embarrassed for them. To make matters worse, this same manager gave a hard time for putting onions on my client’s burger. Then this same manager complained that whenever we have our business meetings here, we «drink too much iced tea.» We kindly asked the manager to lower the volume of the 2 TVs since they were too loud. It gets very noisy when there’s a rush and everyone is yelling over the TVs. Since we clearly did not feel welcomed here, we do not conduct business meetings here anymore. We now go to Corner Bakery a couple blocks from us where we found that the food is healthier, the staff is friendlier, yet it costs the same. McDonald’s is now overpriced anyway. And yes, Corner Bakery has WiFi.

Spoke with Manager. He stopped everything he was doing and came and sat with my daughter and I. Apologized more than once and gave my daughter a Free Value Meal & Desert card. I repeatedly told him it was necessary and not my intentions. He insisted. Very NICE gesture, but shouldn’t of ever taken place. I understand things happen, but proper preventative maintenence it would of never happened. You can message me back and tell me that’s done monthly. I’m not saying its not, but key word is PROPER.

5 stars relative to other McDonald’s. You all know what McDonald’s is about.
I have 3 or 4 convenient McDonald’s stores in my area, and even though this one is the most INconvenient, I will either go here or to no McDonald’s. Why? Because at the OTHER McDonald’s stores, I get inconsistent food. One time I go, the Filet O’ Fish tastes like overused oil. Then the next time I go, there’s almost no tartar sauce on the Filet O’ Fish. The next time, the fries are supersalty. The next time, the fries are limp. But every time I go to the McDonald’s on Bridger, the Filet O’ Fish is perfect, the fries are just right. And the food is always hot, like it spent no time under the heat lamps.
As a bonus, the staff are obviously trained to be friendly — they’re consistently the friendliest bunch of McDonald’s employees I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure how the owner achieves that … they must be giving an incentive of some kind.
At lunchtime, they keep the drive-​through moving: they have someone outside taking orders, someone at the first window taking payment (and yes, they do take credit cards), and someone else handing out the food.
Kudos to the owner (s) for running such a tight ship (or for hiring the right management team to do so)!

It is Very Sad that This Place is Loosing Money and Business due to the 11 am Lunch start time on the Weekend and 10:30 on the weekday. instead I Bought Arbys across the street I am Sitting inside the place eating two Fish tacos from Deltaco and coffee while waiting until eleven so I can order 5 Mcchicken Sandwich things to take to my Grandson.

eh. nothing different here. Only coffee is good here so thats why 3 stars

Ask for double dip dip ice cream cone or extra cookies in a Mcflurry and you will get it.

I came here after work because they’re pretty much the only place open, it was Sunday at 1:20am and it took about 20mins to get through the drive through, the person at the drive through was difficult to understand and they only accepted cash. Unfriendly (can’t blame them). It seems that they were understaffed, Get your act together McDonald’s!

The quality of food at this McDonald’s is shockingly good. You wouldn’t think that a McDonald’s would have any food worth writing home about, but this McDonald’s has the best drinks and food of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Plus it’s ²⁴⁄₇ which makes it easy for me to satisfy my late night cravings.

It’s McDonalds, what else can you say. Kind of hard to mess up a double burger…
