I ordered the rejuvenator. It was good but the service was irritatingly rude. I’ve been to juice bars where the employees are friendly & helpful taking good care of their customers. The girl making my juice was friendlier than the cashier and more willing to listen to me but the cashier had zero enthusiasm for her job, looked bored, would not engage in conversation, acted irritated when I explained light on the ice. Instead she suggested a larger cup with more ice. Obviously anyone asking for something different than what she wants to provide is cause for irritation. Finally I told the young lady to have some more enthusiasm, crack a smile, or show some energy otherwise I’m going to think they are putting sleeping pills in the juice. Her annoyed attitude wore off on me. I became annoyed. I would fire her if I was her boss if I observed her immature and unfriendly service she was providing my customers. There are plenty of other people who want a job. Hire employees who actually want to be there. To the young girl: it’s obvious you don’t like working in public and providing decent service to customers. But you do have the energy & enthusiasm to run outside and put a note on a boys car. Grow up. You’re on company time and goofing off when no one is watching you. And just remember this– someone is always observing your actions so always, ALWAYS, do your best!

Love juice it up! The store owner is friendly and the staff reflect him! Let’s just say Starbucks is next door but one but I’ll go here any day.

Not bad for a Juice it Up. Still not an awesome smoothie. Selection is not very inviting. I am kind of a snob when it comes to smoothies, so this might be a skewed review.

I love this place!!! The bowls are fresh and yummy. The acai bowl is my favorite. I wish they’d put more granola on though. I love the energizer juice blend and the piña coolada smoothie! I like that you can make your own concoction too. The wheat grass shots are bomb when I need an extra boost.

I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop, closing time is at 8. When I went to place the order I was informed that they stop juicing at 7:30. i looked up and the clock said 7:30 and 15 seconds. When i mentioned it is still 7:30 they said its after 7:30, so we left. Headed for Jamba Juice right now, they are open and serving juice. not impressed with their customer service skills at all.

I go to various Juice It Up stores and this store gives the least amount of raw juice. I ordered a medium raw juice with ice. They gave me the least amount of juice and more ice. At the Juice It Up on Jeffrey, I order the same order and they give me a large cup with ¾ of juice and ¼ of ice. I will not support that store!

This chain does not offer a children’s size for many of it’s smoothies. That means you’ll pay ALOT for ALOT that likely will get thrown away. In my case, that was $ 6. This puts the squeeze on families. You can get good juice alternatives two doors down at Starbucks for half the price and no wait and considering the amount of sugar your child will be ingesting, that’s probably a better option.

Juice it up is a franchise, so I don’t expect them to all be consistent. However, this place has kept me coming back and craving their evergreen smoothie! They make it the best at this location! I’ve been to other locations and it’s never as good. This place always puts the exact right amount of ingredients to make it super tasty. I’ve also tried their acai and their pitaya smoothies and they are yummy but my favorite has to be the evergreen smoothie. Super refreshing, sweet, and tart! Perfect for a warm day. I love getting shots of wheat grass here. It’s the best remedy to give me more energy and make me feel like a million bucks! Also, a great hangover cure. :p I get the largest size, add in vita, immunizer, sometimes energy boost and I’m in business!

Grossest Juice It Up I’ve ever been to. If it wasn’t for wanting juice on the go, I would have left. Dirty, run down and either a drug deal or a Craigslist car sale happening in front. 5 teenage kids smoking at the picnic table next to Metro PCS and unfriendly staff. Won’t be coming back unless I’m desperate!

I frequent juice it up ALOT. I take wheat grass shots like it is a ritual. This is the closest juice it up near my work so I stopped by on my lunch to grab a 2oz shot. My first time here and the service was HORRIBLE. There was two young girls working, laughing and joking around the whole time. The place was completely empty but yet they took almost 20min to make a wheat grass shot. Then the serve the shot in two one ounce cups. They proceeded to laugh at me when I explained I don’t drink the Orange juice with the wheat grass since it basically ribs the point of taking wheat grass. So UNPROFESSIONAL. I usually never write bad reviews but this was just sad.

This isn’t a review for this particular location, but I absolutely LOVE Juice It Up’s Green smoothie. Kale, spinach, pineapple juice, and different sherbets. I’ve also tried their juices which are good too, but the Green smoothie is my go-to.

Very friendly staff at this Juice It Up! The woman helping me offered me a free sample of fresh-squeezed juice while I waited for my order. I love the Acai bowls at Juice It Up! I’ve tried all four varieties and they are all delicious. Yes, a little pricey at $ 6.95, but they are a good treat now and then. They have a few seats inside, or there are outdoor tables in front of the Starbucks next door.

Can anyone say JAMBAJUICE? Juice It Up is an exact replica of the brand name juice bar that we have grown to love and to not get enough of. I met up with my cousins in the city of Lake Forest and decided to splurge on some frozen yogurt. To our dismay, there were no frozen yogurt shops around, but Juice It Up sure was! We hit up the empty spot and stared at the menu wondering what to make out of the juice choices. All i kept thinking about was how similar the shop was to Jamba Juice or Robek’s. Not to mention, the manager of the shop who was evidently working the cashier was creepily staring at us as we looked up at the menu. Wassup Creeper McCreeperton. I decided to order the Congo Lime featuring pineapple juice, lime juice, and orange slices. My cousins ordered the 50⁄50(whatever that consisted of) and the Chocolate-PB-Mocha smoothie. Oddly, all three smoothies turned out to be the exact same color: a washed-out lemon margarine combination. Hmm, strange how that turned out. I found out later that day that there are Juice It Up shops located all throughout the city that i live in. I don’t plan on visiting those shops, however. I’ve already had my fair share of juice from Juice It Up. If you’re a brave one, go ahead and check it out!

I tried to be healthy and order something with only vegetables! No sherbert, no non-fat yogurt, no sweets, no added sugar, no honey. Rejuvenator: Apple, carrot, beet, cucumber, ginger Full of antioxidants, this blend of apple, carrot, and beet invigorates your body so you can conquer your day. Let me just say! It tasted like a cold, spicy, gingery carrot juice! I think I expected it to be a little bit more«drinkable» but I found that I am NOT a fan of carrot juice. If I come here again, I’ll just stick to what«Juice It Up» does best. Fruity smoothies!

Line out the door? Wow! Surprising for a Saturday afternoon in January. Easy to find at the corner of Trabuco and El Toro, this Juice it Up! isn’t my favorite. * There were two people behind the counter. No greeting. Both insisted on finishing every drink they were making(4?) or so before helping me. It’s kind of weird to hover by the register while they’re working. * Maybe it’s just the Pineapple Punch, but it didn’t taste so great. It was more peach than pineapple. *shrugs* If you come, get some strawberry drink… those, which I’ve had before, are good.

In General: I don’t like going to juice places because no matter the company they always put too much crap in a drink. And when you tell them want to extract ingredients they look at your like you are crazy. I just wanted a simple and tasty acai smoothie. It was a hot day and any drink probably would have satisfied my needs. I got the Mango Acai smoothie after the register guy recommended it. I felt rushed when I was ordering and there was no one else in the store. I felt like the guy couldn’t understand why this was a monumental decision. I am sorry you are only used to customers that always come prepared with your whole menu in their mind, but what about the rest of us. And seriously there was no one else there! When I got it, it tasted good, but also had a weird aftertaste. I couldn’t figure out what was the taste until I looked at the ingredients — yogurt. I don’t understand why you need to put yogurt in a drink. I make smoothies all the time at home and never add dairy.(I was visiting someone on this trip). The guys here were friendly and patient. If I am in the area again, I would come by and try something else. When I was leaving the gentleman who made my drink saw I was struggling and offered a to-go-tray-carrier. (I have had Sambazon Acai before with mango, apple juice, no dairy and ice blended — pretty damn good).

I love the selection at this place. They’ve got your standard smoothies and also some crazy flavors as well. They’ve got a white gummi bear smoothie that tastes just like a white gummi bear. No, these are not the smoothies to grab if you’re looking for low sugar content, but they’ve got healthy smoothies too. I love this place and recommend it if you’re looking for unique smoothie flavors.

I rarely get smoothies anymore since they are so full of sugar and expensive. The only time I usually ever get them is when I’m sick. They are my go to comfort drink/food when I am and they serve their purpose well. This particular location has been here since I was in High School and it’s always been my go to smoothie place. Most of the time the smoothies are good and tasty — only a handful of times I didn’t like what I ordered. My favorite smoothie is the Strawberry Wave. It’s mostly perfect. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I love everything about this location and will keep coming back every time I’m sick — which is not often, I hope. Cheers!

Far better than Jamba Juice! Taste like real fruit not candy flavoring and salt like at Jamba Juice

I rarely get smoothies anymore since I’d rather avoid the sugary, diabetic coma that comes after finishing one. The one thing that does get me to come in is their selection of protein drinks. They’ve got one called The Zone which is similar to the awesome 800-lb. Gorilla that they offer at Robek’s. Since I don’t have a Robek’s near me, this is the next best thing. They load it with yogurt, peanut butter, bananas and 35 grams of the protein of your choice, either soy or whey. I always go with whey since soy is mostly useless for men. It’s about $ 6 and tastes awesome.
