Jamba Juice

This is my favorite Jamba Juice to go to! The staff is friendly and parking seems to be fairly easy on weekdays after work. They never run out of ingredients and I can always count on them. I’ll be back again!

I love the Crew there the managers and crew are very nice. staff is friendly the fresh squeezed juice is fantastic.

Awesome customer service! I came to get an acai bowl and green smoothie… I asked them about the ginger shot and they were very helpful and friendly. They even let me sample a ginger purée, with lemon and cayenne pepper… it was amazing!
Wish more locations and businesses were as friendly as this location. Keep up the good work!

Awesome! They give survey coupons for buy one get one free! Truthfully, if it werent for those coupons I am not sure Id come here more than once a year. I love their Pumpkin Smash and Strawberry Dreamin smoothies. Their menu has changed a lot over the years and sometimes I just wish I could order one of their old school smoothies. They use to have a book with the old school smoothies but I havent seen one in a looooong time!

Mmmm. Yummy. Nothing better than doing a survey and getting a free drink w/​the purchase of one! Normally I’ve been getting the chocolate, peanut butter bananna… But today I got the Mazzaberry? Something like that but has berries, pineapple, strawberry & orange. Tastes very good! Friendly atmosphere, with nice staff members and a clean store. Can’t ask for more.

I had ordered off their secret menu, fruity pebbles, which was a little too sweet than how it usually is, so I had spoken to the manager about getting a new one instead, and he was kindly enough to give me a brand new smoothie in a taller size. the customer service is really spot on.

Smoothie tasted like flavored water. Very inconsistent on flavor didn’t taste anything like a Caribbean passion. It was already melted when it was given to me.

Great visit today! Mary Kate was very patient with us at the register as we had an indecisive teenager, multiple requests, and switching of our order. She was helpful and kind, all with a smile. Oh, and the smoothie and sandwich were great!

2 more stars cuz the owner reached out to me and actually looked into it. I really appreciate that. I will come back again and will rate again after the experience.

I love coming here for lunch! Wish it wasn’t always so busy but of course it’s going to be around lunch time. The staff is very friendly.

As an original Juice Club employee (what Jamba Juice started as) the slow unfriendly service, and lack luster customer service drives me nuts. It should not take ten mins to squeeze 2oz of wheatgrass, but it does when you are socializing and not moving with any purpose. I have never seen anyone make smoothies with speed at this spot. I visit Jamba’s around town four to five times a week and this one is the worst one. Smoothies flavor a are inconsistent as well.
The oldest of the employees, a plus size lady with blond hair, appears to be the manager. She is totally unfriendly and downright rude. One time I was here she was in a verbal dispute with a plumber and then commented about what he was doing to me as I stood at the register.
Sad that this place is not upholding basic Jamba Juice standards.

I usually don’t come to this location because they always have lack of customer service! And it’s not near me but I was in the area, so I wanted to use the boho buy 1 get 1 free and she completely had a sour and ugly attitude! Effing bee! I’m posting her picture so try not to get her as ur cashier she’s a real bee!

Definitely the worst Jamba Juice ever! I got charged $ 6.35 for a mango a go-​go and grandma was whispering into the high schools kid’s ear as he was making me my juice. I’m thinking that she told him to make my juice extra blend because it was flavorless. I can barely taste the mangos.

First time at this location although have been to several other Jamba Juice. Each and every employee was very nice and courteous. There were four of us, so it took awhile in deciding what to order. In addition, there were two gift cards asv well as a store credit during the payment prices. Despite, they remained calm and patient during the entire transaction. Well kept store front, inside, and bathroom. Highly recommend this place. The only challenge might be, finding a, parking space nearby. Very busy shopping center with lots of traffic.

Standard Jamba spot… staff was friendly and more importantly QUICK. I did the Jamba insider and got $ 3 off. Easy to sign up!

I received a coupon in the mail and sent my husband to this location to redeem the offer. The offer, as printed on this email, is black and white as to what it says it is good for: buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a second smoothie or juice OF SAME OR LESSER VALUE for $ 1.
When my husband arrived at this Jamba Juice location he was nastily told that the only deal they would honor with this coupon was EITHER:
1. Buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a SMALL smoothie or juice for $ 1
Or
2. Buy any smoothie or juice at full price and get a medium for $ 3. Large for $ 4
That is ABSOLUTELY not the offer we were emailed. They adamantly argued with my husband, in front of my son, that this was what they could offer us and repeatedly denied the coupon for what it was. They even cited an email from their manager telling them to treat coupons like ours in this manner. Are you kidding?
To say that I am livid over this false advertising, rude treatment and blatant refusal to honor a legitimate Jamba Juice coupon would be a gross understatement. How is this a Happy Memorial Day coupon to someone who honorably serves at Camp Pendleton. I am disgusted.

We went there at 6:15am and the girl was barely setting up. I don’t understand why this place doesn’t follow the rest of Jamba Juices corporate franchise hours that is open as early as 5am especially on a Monday morning. It’s a little silly. I wouldn’t recommend going here and management really needs to rethink their hours because we ended up going to Peets and the bagel place directly across the street. Too bad for this Jamba.

Although their smoothies are all WAY too sweet for me, I do like the options that Jamba Juice has as far as low calorie, all fruit, protein based, etcetera, and that you can go to any store and get the same tasting drink every time. This location has some of the nicest people working there, and I appreciate that since it is kind of rare to come across genuinely pleasant food/​beverage staff these days.
I would absolutely recommend them.

I’m not really the one to complain but customer service at this location is horrible. Walked in nobody in the store accept me and not even a little hi just an unpleasant stare. Didn’t really offer me to try or recommend anything, all the other locations I have visited has offered or recommended something. When I receive my juice I asked for some ice she sighed and rolled her eyes. Won’t be supporting this location anymore! Juice was dissatisfying maybe because I left the store with a bitter taste in my mouth already. 2 star because I love Jamba Juice but hated my experience.

Customer service is terrible. Two young employee girls (Tiffany and Heidi) that wouldn’t bother to smile at customers and displayed bad attitude when interacting with them. At first, I thought they probably were having a bad day but they started smiling at each other and then suddenly give customers a ‘mean’ face.
Don’t know what their problem was but we watched our drinks get made because we were afraid they were going to put something gross in it.
The drinks were fine but I wouldn’t want to come to this specific Jamba Juice because of the negative atmosphere.
