I was in and out less than 10 minutes. Ruby was very professional. I’m happy with the amount I got for my chains considering I never wear them, and they are just going to continue collecting dust. I mentioned the 95.9 the fish and got 10% more. Now regarding the sofa and desk that a previous helper mentioned. It’s a gold exchange, they aren’t selling jewelry there! It doesn’t need to be fancy. I have been to other gold exchanges and they look the same way.

I would put less stars if possible. Awful experience. Totally rude and never going back again. On May 5th at about 2PM I went in to see about selling a gold chain. I don’t like doin it, however when the going get tough you know the rest. The girl working was so rude and unprofessional. I can’t remember her name but it was 3 or 4 syllables and she was around 30. Didn’t seem interested in customers and didn’t know what she was doing. Unfortunately I’ve had to sell some jewelry in the past so i know routine. Not only was her attitude deplorable, but her professional skills(or lack of) were outrageous. When you hand then jewelry and they are going to need to do tests to verify the type of good etc, they are supposed to ask you If it’s ok to collect some gold dust to apply acids to verify the K and if it is real.(by way of scratch test(can’t recall name for action) they are supposed to ask because what they do to your good is a bit harsh. It is necessary however for testing. She didn’t ask and just starting grinding away. Kept going and going and going. I complain about that although would have been ok with that anyway. They ask because if you have a very precious piece and don’t want any harsh and abrasive actions being taken against piece, you can figure other ways to verify the gold. I probably left her with $ 20 in gold dust. I try to negotiate afterward and she was rude, pompous, and seemed really pissed because she was at work. I was an inconvenience. How dare I come in and try to conduct business at a place of business during business hours. Sorry for long review. I just felt so uncomfortable and she was rude. On the otherwise of freeway across from Laguna Hills Mall across from In and out burger is a better cash for gold store. They paid me ten percent more and the rude chick was supposedly giving be 10%!more. Such BS. Stay away from AAA Gold Exchange.

First off, when you walk in, this place is completely empty except for two desks and a cheap sofa. One of the desks has a few magazines on it, the other is where the clerk sits with a laptop computer and a few pieces of jewelry testing equipment. It basically gives the impression of these guys just moved in this morning and if they don’t make enough money today, they can quickly move out tonight. The girl there could not even appraise the high end diamond ring that I brought in, telling me to go in to their«main» office in Garden Grove. It seems all they will appraise and buy in the Lake Forest location is simple and cheap jewelry. Seems to me they could save monthly lease payment and do without a very cheap looking satellite location and just run their main store by itself.

My grandma recently passed away and after sorting through her things my sisters and I came across some if her old gold jewelry. I shopped around various places but as their guarantee promises, AAA Gold Exchange proved to give the highest percent for my gold. Steve is awesome and has helped me on multiple occasions. He makes sure I know exactly what he’s doing and the process of testing the gold. Thanks AAA Gold Exchange! I’ll definitely be back if I find more gold :)
