Eric is a pleasure to work with, and his food is top notch. We have hired him several times for catering nonprofit fundraising events. He always provides excellent food at a good price — I highly recommend his salmon especially. He has a positive outlook, which makes him easy to work with. He had helpful suggestions for menu, was flexible about changes, and gave us a good idea for where to place the buffet tables to make the best use of our event space. His staff are friendly and efficient too. Best of all, we had plenty of really great food at our most recent event, and our guests loved it.

I recently used Eric to cater my sons Bar Mitzvah, and let me just say, he was great! He is not only a very nice person, but he is also very professional, he returns calls in a timely manner, he is helpful in working with a budget, he makes the whole event a seamless affair. You just need to show up and it’s all done for you. The food is great, and his staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Eric to do your catering,
