Budget Batteries

I have been a long time customer. Purchased many batteries from BB. Glen is a recent employee with them. The other gentleman was great and he kept me coming back. And Glen has too. Glen went above and beyond when I had a issue with a battery. He ask me to leave it there and he would double check it for me. His service is great, and is very personal to customers.
I don’t know who the owner of BB is, and never met him. But being a business owner, the employees make and break it. Glen is a great example of what employees should act like. He is honest, and goes the extra mile. That is what makes you great. I hope he is taken care of well. Glen, thank you for all your help today and giving me a call and follow up. I will continue to shop and tell my friends and family to support your location.

I really appreciate the honesty at Budget Batteries,
he checked my battery and informed me that even though my battery is a little weak,
that would not be causing the issue with my car, and even checked the battery for free and informed me how old the battery was.
He could have easily made a sale, but told me that the battery was not the problem.

As a Christmas present to one of my friends I decided to buy her a battery for her car. Yes I know it wasn’t as much fun as a Starbucks card, but better utility by far.
The price was great and free installation, so the cost was below $ 80 for me. The man who helped me over the phone was very nice and funny! He joked about wrapping the battery in a bow, when I declined he said then he’d just do a song and dance for my friend. He let me pay for the battery over the phone and said my friend could just drive in at any time and he’d be happy to help her.
She just got back to me saying he was so very nice and she was in and out in about 10 minutes. I’m so glad I found Budget Batteries on Unilocal

Excellent, fast service for a great price. That’s the definition of value.
I’d had issues with my battery terminals for quite some time. I thought I needed to have them replaced. Larry knew better, and with a quick fix had them good as new.
Within a half hour he’d renewed the terminals and replaced the battery and I was ready to go. And there was no wait to get in, which I guess means people don’t know this place exists.
The only issue I had was that my battery cover wouldn’t fit over the new battery, but that’s an issue I’ve run into before and is specific to my car. Larry helpfully explained it wasn’t necessary anyway, at least not in Washington’s mild climate, so I put the plastic piece in my trunk with all the other unnecessary bits from my engine bay.
If you need your battery replaced, go here before you consider a place like Les Schwab. It’s a little more old-​fashioned, but you get a quality job by someone who understands cars, not just some teenager making minimum wage.
PROS: Quality, knowledgeable service. And if you look at my other automotive service reviews, you’ll know I’m ***incredibly*** hard to please. Convenient location. Great value.
