I came in yesterday to talk about my account. The rep didn’t help at all … Just got me on the phone with customer service who DIDN’T HELP me either. I’m very disappointed therefore i switched to sprint which is cheaper and better. Very disappointed after being with att for many years. Bye bye to horrible customer service.

I really felt like I needed a bath when I left here. Phone sales people are highly ranked among the must lurid of salespeople, right next used car salesmen circa 1970’s and gym salespeople. I have had nothing but crooked dealings with AT&T

I forget to recognize this location. My error. FYI~ This AT&T is an authorized dealer. I’ve visited on a few occasions now and it is consistently excellent customer service. Eric M. helped my dad and I on two particular different visits recently. It took a couple hours to get us all set up on phone upgrades due to our questions and updating our account options. My dad was not happy with a previous phone purchase and they were able to help him get set up on another phone. Do remember there is a 14-day return policy and a $ 35 restock fee for each item. We were able to avlid the restock fee thanks to Eric’s informing us of upgrade options to waive that restock fee. In the end, we found a far better phone and a monthly service that would suit our family better. In doing so, I even upgraded another phone for our family. Really patient and helpful. Knowledgeable too! Thanks so much for your help, Eric. We’re really happy with our new phones.

I was on my way home from San Diego and was in need of a car charger. I decided to Unilocal the nearest AT&T store and stumbled upon this location off central. They greeted me right away and I noticed the cleanliness of the store VS other locations like Murrieta. The staff was dressed and addressed me in a professional manner and were very friendly. I don’t understand why these other Unilocalers are giving such negative feedback(I.e Sean, and Velvet i saw some of the places these people have rated. iHop? Pizza Hut? Mobile Home parks? clearly it seems like you put yourself on such a high pedestal. this isn’t 90210 !! get over yourself. I’ll be back here. thank you once again !

The staff was overall helpful in my visit to this store. I was acknowledged by the staff as soon as I walked through their door. My visit was regarding a phone upgrade and my experience went smoothly. Albert made sure my questions were answered at the time of my visit. He also made sure I left with what I was looking for In a phone. Darryl helped by going over my choices in plans and upgrades available to me. He also made sure I was explained details In my future upgraded plan. So glad I picked this store to upgrade my phone and plan.

The worst customer experience I have ever had was within this store. The level of incompetence was amazing. Initially, the staff was helpful; however, the staff ordered the incorrect phones we requested then added charges to our bill that we did not request. When we went in to rectify this situation; the staff was less than accommodating. We went into the physical store to have them re-order the correct phones to no avail. They simply shipped the incorrect phones back to their warehouse, and kept the charges of the phones on our bill along with other unassociated costs. We called the manager on five separate occasions, and the manager never returned a single call. When we went in to finally get this resolved, the manager acted as if he were busy but was not as he was simply talking with staff when we entered. We had to contact their corporate office to receive credits on our bill and money refunded. Beware of using this store. I would simply use the folks at the Costco Kiosk. This store states that they will find the best deal for you on a plan, but simply sell you a bill of goods and does not honor what they even put on paper. The worst store ever. Note: this is not an AT&T corporate store, but rather an AT&T reseller. So their training standards and product and plan knowledge are not on par with their corporately owned counterparts. This was extremely evident between the customer care with which the Murrieta store provided.

CAUTION! AVOIDTHISSTORE! I had the exact same bad experience as another reviewer. This store is not to be trusted. Like dishonest used car salesmen. I thought I was signing up for one thing, got the first bill($ 347.00) and discovered they added on expenses that I can’t remove without paying a huge penalty. My goal was to lower my expenses but the opposite happened. Our salesman was Eric. Beware that what they verbally tell you and what’s in all that fine print that you sign are 2 different things. I called AT&T but they said to deal with the store. I did. I dropped by personally twice. The manager Darryl promised he’d correct things and call me back, but each time I never heard back. Another problem: I upgraded my wife’s cell phone while she was on a trip 3 states away. I instructed them NOT to switch her phone service until she returned. They said no problem. Of course her phone was cut off immediately while she was alone out of town. I complained but Mgr Darryl couldn’t care less. BEWARE! DONOTPATRONIZETHISSTORE.

The staff here was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable when I was looking for a special phone. For years we(wife and I) had used another(big) cell phone wireless provider and it was the end of their contract so time to look at another phone. The old provider(won’t mention the name but is starts with«S» and rhymes with«Mint») had only one phone to consider, for older folks like me who simply want a telephone. One that’s easy to use, big numbers, loud ring, and not a bunch of mostly useless and confusing«smart» features.(Which the salesman kept pushing.)(I do a lot of PC/internet/work on my potent home office computer so that’s where I want horsepower, not on a telephone.) Anyway, I tried this only-option«upgrade» from«Mint»(and not a «stupid-smart» phone) model and it sucked; tiny fonts(even set on «BIG»), wimpy ring(cutesy musical fanfares only), and fat-heavy-ugly. So I returned the thing, disappointed, and tried AT&T. Bingo! AT&T has many different and varied phone model offerings and way better staff. After trying and returning three different models, the last one is perfect. Yes, I had to pay a nominal restocking fee but well worth it since I’d be living with it for a couple of years. The people in this AT&T store went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I finally am! Never a hint of intimidating«stink-eye» when those first two phones were returned. Excellent customer service, with smiles! Go here if you’re getting a cell phone, for sure. No hassle and you’ll be happy!
