Wendy’s

Went through the drive thru before they closed. They apologized for the wait because they had to make my fries fresh. Apologize? No need to apologize for that!
This was the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been through. Why can’t the Wendy’s in Huntington Beach get the food right?
Anyway if you’re passing through late at night and hungry, be sure to stop.

yall cant take orders correctly and its embarrassing :/​step ya game up. what if i was allergic to something, asked yall not to put it on my burger, but yall do it anyway? smh. work on that

This place is falling down. Terrible restaurant. Soap is broken in men’s room. Jennifer the manager was handling trash one minute and food the next and she seems a bit dramatic for a manager. Food all over the kitchen floor. Why the health department doesn’t shut them down is a mystery to me. Stay away.

Here’s a praise for the Lake Elsinore Wendy’s and their staff. I went to Wendy’s off of State Highway 74 and Dexter Ave in Lake Elsinore tonight. The drive thru line was long but I was hungry and tired so I figured why not. The young man taking my order was so friendly! As I was paying and being handed my order he spoke so respectfully and kindly. Saying my pleasure ma’am, thank you ma’am, and God bless. It was so nice to hear someone speak with such grace and confidence even when he had a mile long line in his drive thru. Grace under pressure for sure. God Bless you young man and I hope you have an amazing evening. My food was hot, order was perfect and I’m a happy customer who will for sure be back.

Horrible food… stale buns and my son even got a plastic bread tie that had been cooked into the bun. We will never eat here again! When you try to call, they don’t answer the phone.

Went to our local Wendy’s today, me and my girlfriend, and had a very good lunch. I enjoyed the spicy nuggets, which were delicious, however the orange coloring seemed to scare my girlfriend and she displayed this fear by throwing her frosty in my face. All in all I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend to my friends and my enemies any day.

Every time I go there, they are out of something, they have even been out of iced tea. Food is cold and rude service. I have contacted corporate in the past and still no change, corporate does not even care.

Found dirt in my salad. I’m giving two stars for the service because the girl was very nice. I have gone back to let them know, but I was in a rush. So three bites in find dirt and toss the salad out.

Nothing really nice about this place. Your standard Wendy’s burger. I stopped in on a Sunday to get lunch before heading up to Riverside.
Pros:
+Clean interior (at least on a slow Sunday).
+Cashier was somewhat polite.
Cons:
–Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. Look before you drop one.
–Slow service. Took too long to order and make a simple Dave’s burger. Even on a slow Sunday.
–Weirdo customers. Lake Elsinore, as I am finding out, is full of weirdos. That’s not the fault of this Wendy’s of course, but if you’re on a road trip like I was, you might want to try somewhere else to stop.

I went to this Wendy’s and was frustrated with my experience. I went through the drive threw and ordered a certain item that had bacon on it. I asked politely if I could not have bacon on mine. The girl who took my order recited it back to me and said ‘with no bacon’, so I pulled forward to pay and get my food. When the girl handed me my food she dropped it onto the street before my hand was around the bag. I had to get out of my car to get it off the floor. She didn’t say sorry, or anything. She just closed the window. So I look at my item and it has bacon on it. I’m a pretty understanding person, I simply parked and went inside. I let them know that I ordered it without bacon (showed my receipt which said that) and that I wanted a new one. The same girl who helped me at the drive through grabbed my food without saying anything (rude) and then took it in the back. They remade my sandwich and gave it back to me. Then tried charging me again! I said ‘Pardon me, but you made my food wrong, why should I have to pay again?’ The girl rolled her eyes at me! And walked away. As she was walking away the other girl in the back asked her what happened in Spanish. (mind you, I speak fluent Spanish despite being white) And the other girl said «This b**** is being difficult» in Spanish and gestured her head toward me. I could not believe it. I left very frustrated and still am. Never coming back.

Came here tonight for my usual and was met with the same great service that’s always here. Steven and Austin both very polite. Not to mention the salads are always fresh and made quick.

This is the third time in the past month or two that Wendy’s didn’t get my order right while going through the drive through. This time instead of letting it go and doing nothing about it I drove back through the drive through and asked to speak to a manager. He was really nice. it was about 12:30 so I was ordering for lunch and not only did they fix my order but he gave me a large fry, chicken nuggets and a frost for free. I really LOVE wendy’s and usually get a triple or double burger fries and a diet coke. I am really glad I said something this time and they fixed it plus gave me extra’s because this place is one of my favorites to go to.

For a long time I did not come to this Wendy’s and I gave it a shot recently since I have been coming back the food has always been fast and fresh they have turned their service around we have not had a bad experience yet great job!

Just do the drive-​thru with my daughters. Friendly staff, quick service and food is always good. No messed up orders, I give it 3 stars because I have had an in dining experience yet and I can’t give 5 stars if I don’t know what it’s like.

Their current staff is great. I eat here twice a week and have always experienced great customer service!

If I dont have to go back to this Wendys EVER, I will be happy.
Went here last night for a QUICK dinner, on our way from Orange County to Stampede. There was nothing quick about this experience. We got in line, there were 5 of us. In the middle of us was a kid who was screaming the entire time to a table of other kids that he was going to beat them up, and slap them and who knows what else.
We were on a time crunch and we almost didnt make it.
Two people in front of me (I was first in line) had ordered and were standing at the register. About 5 minutes later, one man got his order of fries, the other got his order. Then I was helped. My friend behind me was helped a couple minutes later, and no one else was helped until we got our food — which was a few more minutes. By the time my last friend got her food, the rest of us were done eating. She ended up sitting down because they said they made her order wrong and it was going to be longer. It was horrible.
One trash can had a big yellow cone in it, so there was one trash can to throw your trash in. It was so full things were starting to fall onto the floor. I really had to use the restroom and seeing the trash I had a feeling what I was in for, and the service… but I tried anyway. One door didnt lock, and there was a half used toilet seat cover on the toilet seat. Went to the second stall, half used toilet seat cover on that seat as well, and the toilet seat dispenser was empty. I will pass… and hold it.
We left, and I hope I dont find myself there again. :-/

Wendy’s is high on my list of fast food chains. I love the reformulated burgers (wavy pickles man!). I also appreciate that they push the envelope from time to time by bringing out some new and improved offerings. This is one of the few fast food burger joints that I will ocassionaly eat a chicken sandwich at.

Soggy greasy mess

This is the fastest Wendy’s in the world. Period. Don’t believe me — try it. Usually by the time you’ve paid your food is ready.
