If there’s a problem they contact me immediately. They have always kept me in the loop regarding my property. Always easy to reach, always in my corner, always

Being active duty and stationed overseas, access management is the pinnacle of professional property managers. My home was rented out in less than 20 days and is currently rented out by extremely good tenants due to the expert job access has done by doing incredible tenant research. Im 7,000 miles from my property and I have 0 headaches or worries about my property because access takes care of every single detail and insures that my tenants are comfortable and happy. They will remain my property managers for as long as I have homes that need rented.

The team at Access are top notch. They made my move out a breeze, answering all of my questions/​concerns along the way & clearly explaining the move out charges, really putting my mind at ease during what is usually a stressful process! I highly recommend Access to anyone looking for a rental!

Attempted to call the office several times, no answer.
Finally after my agent talked to someone from this company, submitted application, was asked to drop off a money order for creditcheck. 1 hour later when I dropped off the money order, they had no idea who i was, nor who my agent was, or anything about the house that they had listed for rent. As a home inspector, I am disappointed, I work with many estate companys. this was a bad experience as someone wanting to find a home.

I been doing business with Access Asset for around four years now, and with the assistance of Adam and Jarrod, my company has been able to plant roots in grow and grow throughout Riverside County. Jarrod has been instrumental in locating vibrant investment opportunities which always positively cash flow. Adam does a remarkable job in regards to operations. We’ve experienced almost no vacancy with Adam at the helm. He excels at expediently turning around vacancies systemic from depleted lease agreements.
