Good prices for what they offer. I ordered a New York steak strip and it came with green beans and fries for $ 11.99. That’s really good considering this is inside Disneys Hollywood Studios. The meat was tender and the sides were pretty decent as well. I also tried their chicken sandwich and it was really good too. The bread bun was really soft and the chicken was seasoned well. I’m not sure why of the average reviews but I’d recommend while eating in the theme parks.

This was a decent little stop for lunch while visiting Hollywood Studios. It was nicely air conditioned, was was desperately needed on a 90 degree day. Finding a seat was easy. The food was pretty decent, and the condiments were easy to get to. They are a little on the pricey side, but really, that kind of describes every food place within the disney parks. At least the portions are big enough that 2 adults can split 1 plate, which helps cancel out the high price tag.

This is your general Disney park restaurant. I had a salad that had too much dressing on it. This place being in Disney Hollywood Studios, was kind of meh being it was one of the few restaurants I could find. Food is hard to come by here as there are not too many restaurants.

Things have really changed when a Disney facility has deteriorated to the point where they have roaches. After waiting on the most ridiculous line queue I have ever seen, we were greeted half way through our meal by roaches crawling up and down the wall next to our table. While taking pictures, an employee came over to apologize and try to exterminate by spraying fluid and using a napkin to catch the bugs. Disgusting to think this is what Disney provides after spending over 500.00 to enter the park and over 70.00 for 5 hamburgers.

While at Hollywood Studios, there are so many options for dining. I am very picky though and even when at a theme park, try to eat healthy and well. I found that at ABC Commissary. As with all venues on Disney property, ABC Commissary has a TV or broadcast station like theme — hence the«ABC» — and with that, we had televisions with fun clips playing all throughout the meal, which for me, and was great, consisted of a nice thick piece of grilled salmon, quinoa rice and steamed veggies. Could I have done any better and for such a modest price? Heck no! The others in our party enjoyed as well having a cheeseburger that was cooked well, fish and chips that was flaky and tender, and a sizable chicken salad, that was nicely and freshly made. So yes, you can eat well and for a decent price even while on property at theme parks. Give it a go and enjoy.

Honestly I don’t know how anyone could give this place 5 stars. If it was a restaurant in the real world it would go out of business. Its basic cafeteria style food and with the overpriced Disney price tag

This is a decent spot for a quick bite to eat. Its a quick service restaurant, unlike the majority of eateries in Disney. I can recommend the burger and fries, but the carrot cake was subpar. It was in a witch cupcake form though, so that was cool. As a side I liked the yogurt parfait. You can also get apple slices instead of fries. A minor victory in the battle against weight gain from the terrific food in Disney World. Gotta take those small victories!

Glorified grab & go service. But the model doesn’t work unless you have time and are sitting down. Took over 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee… which included flagging an employee… who pointed to the person who was about to fulfill my order… then went back to training that person… while I kept waiting. Looked like, at open of lunch hour, there were about five employees being actively trained… and the floor employee who I asked directions from didn’t know where the show was… though it was around the corner. No bueno. All the food that I saw others getting while I waited looked fine… and it was very clean, and nicely designed(speaking of the décor only).

This is a place I’ve been to several times before, but not in the past few years, so reading the Unilocal reviews prior to this trip was extremely discouraging, but I’m glad I decided to try it again, anyway. First of all, looking at the menu, I thought $ 10 for a burger and fries sounded a lot better than the $ 20-$ 30 meals throughout the park. Since we were celebrating my son’s birthday, I wanted to spend most of my money on him, not my food! He’s four, so he didn’t really care where we ate, especially since we took him to Pizza Planet earlier in the day! I ended up ordering the bacon cheeseburger here with a side of fries(that can be substituted for apples and something else I can’t remember). All in all, it wasn’t terrible. I mean, I’m not sure what other people are expecting and thinking when they write their reviews, but I definitely wasn’t expecting a fancy, gourmet burger. It’s a theme park and as a central Floridian almost my whole life, it’s safe to say I’m pretty familiar with theme park food. Yes, for the same price elsewhere, you can get a way better burger, but inflated prices for simple fast food is just part of the experience. I really wanted to try the salmon with quinoa pilaf and my husband wanted to try the steak, but we didn’t want to be hugely disappointed and decided not to take that gamble. The burgers felt like a safe bet. The burgers were so big and we both had so many fries that we couldn’t even finish, so we left full and satisfied! If you want to pay $ 20-$ 30 per meal to see if you can get a better meal elsewhere, totally do so! If you’re trying to watch your pennies without leaving the park to eat, come here! To top it off, everyone we came in contact with there was very friendly! Quick, friendly service!

Eh — for a cafeteria style its nothing to really write home about. we didnt make lunch reservations was going to wing it. we wanted to eat next door at sci fi dining theater, they can seat us, but not in the cars, but few small tables on sides and i cant justify spending 20 on each burger to eat on small tables. assembly line moves pretty quick was plenty of seating, nice and cool to get out of the heat. food — ok, traditional brown frozen box burger patties not really seasoned. but 9 of us ate for about 120.00

None of the quick bite spots in MGM are worth writing home about. This is as good a place as any to grab a burger or a chicken nugget. Nothing special to recommend. Stay with the basics and you’ll be fine. Crowded and meal times. Go figure.

Hollywood studios can be hot during the day. I always seem to come in August. Damn teachers life.
So lunch break that is kinda reasonable priced. This is the option. You can get a beer at a NYC price. Good fries. Not so good burger. But here is the best part. There is always a seat. In AC. So great for a nice half hour break. Get those snacks. Re-hydrate.

ABC Commissary is located in Hollywood Studios. My wife and I kinda just stumbled upon it while we were hungry. We saw the Unilocal reviews werent that great, but it had a short line. Its the standard Disney style lines. Nothing really good about this place. It had a really Florida feel to the place, nothing LA about it. Food came out quick. You seat yourself. The hamburger was meh at best. I don’t think ill come back.

Out of all the places to eat, this was the biggest disappointment. I think the fact that is inside Hollywood Studios, and it’s associated with ABC, people think this place is automatically good. Some people might have settled for this place because it might have been cheaper(although still overpriced as expected) than other places. My burger tasted dry and bland. The fries were just okay. The only thing that was decent was the TV shows that played. I think they should have really gone through with the ABC theme and maybe even should have named their dishes after ABC classic’s. This place is more of «eat, and hurry before your fast pass window closes».

Nice and easy quick service spot for a fast bite. Quality and quantity is just about average for $ 10-$ 12 meals. Only two vegetarian entrees– and they’re bland salads. But I won’t let that affect their rating because there are numerous fish options and a steak dish. Huge BONUS for the Kosher selections! On our last visit, we ordered a Kosher meal just because we wanted to try it out. Obviously, the kosher meals are stored in a freezer and heated in a special Kosher microwave used only for the Kosher dishes. So for a microwaved meal, not bad at all! Even on a crowded day, the line moves fast and there’s always somewhere to sit. Interior ambiance reminds me of a Denny’s. Fun clips of ABC shows play on overhead monitors while you eat. Tip: For a heartier vegetarian meal, walk two minutes down the street to Pizza Planet. Order a veggie pizza to go, which comes with a Caesar salad. Bring it back to eat with your group at the ABC Commissary.

Yum! I had a tasty chicken salad for lunch here. Chicken salad? When you’re on vacation?! Yup — gotta watch what you eat, because despite what I saw online: calories DO count outside of your zip code! The queue looked long and I was worried that our party of seven wouldn’t find a table for all of us to sit at, but we did it! It’s cafeteria style, like most of the quick service restaurants and there always seems to be enough seats for everyone. My BF got a cheeseburger and he liked it, also!

This is a cafeteria style restaurant that is SERIOUSLY lacking in crowd flow management. The system(or lack thereof) in place between ordering your food, picking it up, and finding a table is FAILING miserably and they really need to do something about it to get people in and out of here quicker. The line moves fairly quickly to order your food but once you do that you are stuck in a line next to other lines while you wait for the food runner to gather your things and hand them to you at the counter. As soon as you get your food you turn around and there is NOWHERETOGO. They have no exit lines for you to get out and find a table. Once you manage to get out without bumping in to someone and dropping your whole tray you will find — there are no tables to sit at! They are all being occupied by people ‘saving’ tables for those still in the line for food. This system could be GREATLY improved if they didn’t allow you to ‘save’ tables, and they had someone that could walk you to an open table. As far as the food, the salmon salad was actually very good. It’s tossed in the dressing but I didn’t think they put too much on it. The burgers were also pretty good. I would recommend this restaurant but just remember to exercise paitence while waiting for your food and looking for a table.

This is your typical Disney, herd the cattle in, and herd them out after the food is delivered. Don’t get me wrong, this is great crowd control, which Disney is a master of. My wife and I had a salmon salad and fish & chips. I really enjoyed the salmon, quite a generous portion on a bed of greens and quinoa, yummy. The fish and chips, well they are just fish and chips. good, tasty and very well cooked. Not greasy at all. I’ll remember the ABC Commissary next time I am at the Hollywood studios.

The food here was WAY better than I expected. The price was not bad, especially since we’re in Disney. I had a salmon salad that was SO good, I couldn’t believe it! I also enjoyed the Olaf carrot cupcake. The kids enjoyed their typical kids friendly meals. The place is very spacious with ample seating and air conditioned. The part I did not like was the mad dash to find seating. People can be rather rude and crass when it comes to getting a seat. It’s best to have someone score seats while everyone else get the food.
