Horrible experience at this location!!! Not only I was not acknowledged when I arrived but I had to wait 35 minutes before someone talked to me. When it was finally my turn, both reps took care of another client who has been waiting for less than 5 minutes!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Save yourself the aggravation and go directly to the Vernon Hills Store. With the type of bullying sales tactics used, they will not be in this new location for long!
