I purchased a ring from here and within 5 days a diamond fell out. I had to send it back at my cost for them to fix it. They told me to be more careful with my jewelry. Then 6 months later another diamond fell out. They won’t even return my calls or emails. Poor quality and service. Do not buy from here!

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Carina helped me find the perfect ring. She also gave me a great deal on my ring and other pieces! I will shop here every time.

Flew over from Honolulu to spend sometime with my mother and went to Front Street searching for a cross bracelet together. Walked in here and at first smiled when a little chihuahua came walking out from the back room. The owner was teaching her little girl mathematics in Vietnamese (toán). I thought this was so sweet. The lady pulled out a necklace that my mother liked but I liked another one better, so she angrily took the other one out. She was super aggressive to sell it to me without letting me look at anything else, however I really liked the diamond necklace even though I was looking for a bracelet and she quickly punched in her calculator how much of a discount she would give me. I said the necklace was dep qua (so beautiful!). I wanted to see what my mother thought of it and asked her if I could come back (also wanted to see how much money I would need to come back with) but she told me «I don’t make you happy? No! Don’t come back!» Extremely rude, aggressive lady with no manners! Wouldn’t even give me a minute to check my account, otherwise she would have made the sale. Không sao, I’ll find a better place to go! There are plenty of jewelry places on Front Street to go to besides R & C that don’t freak out on you just because you don’t say yes IMMEDIATELY! Unless you’re willing to pay for a piece of jewelry within the first minute upon entrance, I’d go somewhere better!

Very nice lady working here… gave me a great deal on a pendant and earrings. Best prices I found on Front St. while on vacation. Very satisfied and will return.

We have bought several piece’s of jewelry form R & C with every trip to Maui. Great selection and price’s!
