Maui Massage & Wellness

This is my second visit and massage within the last year. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly. My massage therapist today was Reina and she did an outstanding job. It was just what I needed. Will definitely book another massage with her when I return again. Thank you.

Ernesto is awesome. I am a
Massage therapist and am very picky when getting massage from other therapist. He really knows what he is doing! This place accepts insurance. I will be seeing Ernesto again soon!

My husband and I just got out of a couples massage! It was amazing! I had Chaz! Both of our massage therapists were great! I highly recommend coming here!

Charles!!! Sometimes known as Chas. This guy gets it! It’s like teamwork. You tell him where your issues are, and he will resolve them. I was totally impressed with his skill set as a massage therapist. I was expecting a «resort» massage, and ended up getting a «professional» massage. My shoulder was a mess… really really bad. In 60 minutes, Charles had made so much more improvement than the specialist I see in Oregon. WOW!!! Great job Charles.

Just really average. Seem into taking advantage of tourists with advertising low prices and charging more. Just not high end at all.

Sorry for the late review but I feel it’s vitally important that I share my experience.
On Monday December 28^th my friend that was visiting from California wanted a massage. We decided to go here and make an appointment. Christine was the front desk associate that day and had a funny energy as she explained the services available. My visiting friend made an appointment for about an hour after our initial visit. He needed to use the rest room so that left myself (a restaurant manager on Maui) and my best friend (a licensed esthetician on Maui) and her 21 month old son. As my best friend started to walk towards the product wall she asked Christine if it would be alright for her to look around and Christine quickly said in a stern voice «your not aloud past this point» as Christine blocked the back hallway. I stepped in an said no she’s an esthetician and wants to browse your products. I really thought she had to be joking because my friend was clearly heading towards the product wall no where near the back hall. My best friend went to look at products an shortly after was ready to head out. She handed me her son and he started to get a little fussy but nothing major. Christine looked so angry and walked right up to us and yelled «you gotta get out NOW if he’s going to do that OUT NOW!!» I safely brought him out of the building. I couldn’t believe how rude she was especially because we were already walking out and she was charging us out. I refused to run out in an unsafe manner that she was demanding because I care about my best friends son. Our friend ended up getting the massage as planned and I was sure to find out Christine’s name because she disrespected all of us and talked to us like children! I feel this review is really important because your front desk is the first person anyone interacts with. The fact that my best friend and I both work with the public it’s impossible for us to recommend a place that has someone like Christine representing the business.
*update* in response to Christine, as already stated above we were already leaving because our friend was just using the restroom. We were not being directed to the wicker couch in the front because that’s specifically where we already were. I was positioning her son in order to carry him out. You didn’t ask us to go to a different location you said loudly that we had to leave you said «OUT NOW» and yes you were extremely rude and very unprofessional. My guess is you feel you can judge us as we were the only ones around and you can treat us badly. I’m confident that you believed that we wouldn’t do anything about it. The way we make money on Maui is by building clients and networking with businesses. We were all off work this particular Monday so we were casual but in reality were successful in guest relations. With that being said all of us were silent and stayed calm as we were rudely rushed out the front door! Not to another area… it was out the door. I personally knew that I was going to absolutely share my experience because in my business I have zero tolerance for discourtesy to guest because none of my staff should have the ability to treat a guest badly so circumstances make no difference.

Ernesto is a gift from God. Mind blowing !!! I highly recommend the revitalize massage !!!

Ernesto’s revival massage is awesome!!! My back was all jacked up for the last two weeks. I wasn’t expecting to be completely cure from one massage. But wow what a surprise. The owner is wonderful as well. I love this place. Definitely coming back every time I visit.

After writing my initial review, the owner contacted me and was more concerned about my honest review hurting his business than he was about my experience. Terrible.

My husband and I had our first Lomi Lomi massage and it was the best massage we both have ever had! We had Ernesto and Reina and they were both amazing. We would highly recommend them!

I had played tennis all week and my neck and shoulders were killing me. I knew I had to get a massage or my plane ride home would be miserable. Massages can be hit or miss when you don’t know the person. I explained to Reina that I just needed to work the knots out of my shoulder and she did exactly as I asked. She has great hands and knows what she is doing. She was also able to loosen up my piriformis that causes sciatic pain. My legs still feel great! Much better than the expensive high end resort spa massages.

I strained my back on my visit to Maui and Christina came in to work to give me a god massage. I have no words for all good she is. She honestly paid so much attn to my body and really massaged the areas that needed relief. She was so amazing and pleasant and even made me realize I had to pay attention that my body was telling me to slow down. Great experience — clean, relaxing, professional & hot stones were incredible! Thanks Christina you’re a life saver :)

Had an absolutely wonderful massage today by Reina. The place was clean and inviting. I am a runner and needed the work. One of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you.

Went yesterday for the Maui Revival while on vacations. It was fabulous! An excellent massage (maybe the best ever!) from Jackie with just the right amount of pressure, plus lots of amenities like a salt scrub, hot towels, a lavender head wrap and cocoa butter. I went with a friend who had an equally special experience with a different masseur. Really recommend this place. I just wish I lived closer so I could come back.

This was a really nice experience. I had a very good Massage Therapist who knew what he was doing and did a nice mixture of deep work and relaxing.
Some things that weren’t so great was that the space is noisy. I was in the room right behind the reception desk. You can hear the bells on the door as people go in and out. You can also hear people chatting at the desk, people chatting in the hall, and kind of an odd selection of music playing for a massage salon. Was more like island music you’d hear in a restaurant. Not really relaxing.
Outside of that it was a good choice and the important part — the massage itself — was good and worthwhile.

I’ve had two of Ernesto’ Thai massages and am a very happy camper. He found and worked out kinks I didn’t know I had until after. I didn’t even have to tell him about the ones that bother me. He found those, too, and commented on them before I could comment.
I’ve been having massages for over 40 years and Ernesto’s ranks up there with the best.

Ernesto, the owner and massage therapist, is absolutely extraordinary. Highly skilled in therapeutic massage and exceptionally professional. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I make a point to see him at least a few times whenever I am in Lahaina.

Ernesto is awesome. Stretching the aches and tightness away. Thai massage was well worth it. Better than Lomi Lomi. Ask for Ernesto. Btw, he’s the owner too.

I had a great experience here.
I fell asleep durning my massage, for me that’s usually an indicator for a good massage.
