The best part about this Flame Broiler is Diana! She is super friendly, always smiling, and a kind person. I’ve seen Diana have to literally do EVERYTHING at this location and she still manages to do it in a good mood. If anything they could do with hiring an additional person to help out during peak hours. Out of the flame broilers I’ve been to this one has the best taste. I’ve been coming here for years. Now that I live in LA I still swing by from time to time when I visit family(I don’t even go to the one in my area ever!) and I’m always happy to see Diana. She really does provide the best customer service, and all while having to manage this location and the other one that is in the area! The only thing I can say about the previous review is that I guess it is always easy to make assumptions when you think the world revolves around you

I think the low ratings might be from people who have never been to a bad flame broiler. Food came out fast and great, and I appreciate the extra topping options and the lemons for drinks.

Best Flame Broiler in the area! Im close to 4 other flame broilers and I choose this one because the service and portions are the best one could possible receive at flame broiler!

When this place first open was great, the bowl filled full. The foods were fresh. Now the bowl filled up to ¾. Saturday 1÷23÷16 I was disappointed with the brown rice because it was not fresh. It was rotten; wet and soggy. I used to love this place. Sad that changed! The staff is good.

The staff here is great. The food come out quick and hot even during a lunch rush. My only complaint is that the $ 2.00 side of Kim chi tastes horrible. It the only purchase I regret. :(

The food is good and remains on the healthy side. Have to watch it with the sauce though as most of them are loaded with sodium.

I ordered a beef & chicken bowl and a mini chicken bowl. The food tasted great, what there was of it. It seemed like there was half the normal amount of white rice with much less chicken & beef than normal. Both bowls were very skimpy on the meat. Maybe I will try a different Flame Broiler. Maybe the Flame Broiler stores are just cutting back on portion size to save money. Anyway, the food always tastes great, it just the small portions that bugged me.

Food great! However I am really upset over how they put very little to no chicken in the mini chicken bowl, which is what I ordered. I had to pay $ 2 and some change to get extra chicken, are you kidding me I should’ve just ordered a normal size chicken bowl. Ridiculous!

Well I would have rated it higher because I do like the food and staff. The customer service is really great and the staff is really nice, but the accommodation isn’t the best. The indoor seating area just seems so staged in a way. They have a little TV that kinda doesn’t fit in with the dining room and it’s usually playing news or sports. My 2nd experience was not so good as the entire dining area smelled like a restaurant bathroom and I found a long black hair in my combo plate. Definitely left me unsatisfied the 2nd time around! I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Fast/Fresh chicken bowls at a good price. Quality is great and I always get a fresh tasting bowl. Special sauce is to die for and eating in is good as well; dining area is fairly new and typically clean. All in all, consistent quality every time.

I come here once or twice a week and I’ve always enjoyed it here. I’ve been to bad Flame Broiler spots before and I am happy to say this is my favorite. I noted some of the other reviewers complain about the food quality and that’s fair. My personal experience so far has been of consistently decent quality food. I say decent because, hey, this isn’t fine dining, but it hits the spot. The staff — notably the lady at the cashier — has been always courteous and awesome with me. I keep coming back here because I like Flame Broiler. It may not be for everyone, but for a cheap, quick fix — you can’t beat this spot. PROTIP: They have some really crappy hot sauce now. It seems Flame Broiler is trying to promote their own brand of hot sauce in place of Sriracha. It’s crap. Ask for Sriracha instead and they’ll give it to you.

Hmm. Maybe I just had a great experience. Not sure why the rating is so low. The service was great and the food tasted fresh and delicious. I’ve experienced some bad flamebroiler chains and I don’t think this is one of them. I ordered the chicken veggie bowl with with rice. The rice was great and the veggies fresh and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Love this place if I’m hungry and want to make a «smart» choice for a meal.

We ordered a Beef bowl and Works bowl. I tried mine first and the beef tasted rancid. It had a sour, musty taste. My friend tried her Works bowl that also has beef and agreed that the meat was stale or rancid. My friend returned hers and exchanged it for another beef bowl and it tasted just as bad. When I went back to tell the employee, there was no apology and I was basically told that I was wrong as she claimed she had tasted the beef and it was fine. Tried to blame it on the sauce which was nonsense as I tried the sauce separately and it was fine. As with many restaurants today, it seems as if at Flame Broiler, the customer is always wrong. After arguing with her for a while I asked for my money back. Still no apology but she did refund my money. No customer skills whatsoever. Receipt said«Diana» on it so I’m assuming that’s who it was. Most likely the same person most on here have been complaining about. Bizarre how she hasn’t been schooled yet in how to treat customers. I’ll probably try emailing as well as one of the reviewers here did but I won’t hold my breath for a response. No way I can ever return to this place as everytime I think of it now I’m going to think of stale, rancid beef. For the record, my friend is still feeling nauseous so hopefully it doesn’t get any worse.

Easy, fast and healthier than your usual fast-food joint. I’ve tried the beef bowl, but I think the meat in the chicken bowl is superior. The meats here are not fried, there’s no MSG, and you get a choice of white or brown rice for the bowl. They don’t charge extra for brown rice. I add the Magic Sauce they have(a sweet sauce) and they do keep Sriracha and Hot Sauce on hand if you want to turn up the heat on your bowl. Without one of the sauces, I think the bowl would taste bland. The only ingredients in it are the meat, the rice, and green onions(you can request that they leave them off if so desired). I was surprised to scan other reviews for this location and read comments that the staff were rude. So far, I haven’t had that experience. Staff members have been nice when I went.

We got our food super fast and cheap which was surprising because it’s supposed to be cooked fresh, right? I normally love the Flame Broiler but this place had the rudest cashier girl with dark brown hair. Zero personality too. The place was clean. I liked that part. Other than that, I’d rather go to Grill Hut which is amazing or Togo’s which has that $ 5 sandwich of the day. Who needs to deal with rude people.

We like Flamebroiler, but not this location. The woman who took our order was on one! She was pretty rude and aggressive with us when we double-checked our order. Good thing we checked though! Requests like, «no sauce» and«extra veg» really threw her. I also wrote a complaint to the« » posted on their register, but haven’t received any kind of acknowledgment.

I heart Flame Broiler. I get the beef and veggie bowl, or the chicken veggie bowl. If you get the chicken, ask for all white meat… much better and less gamey. The best part is the sauces to put on, but I hate the tiny plastic containers… they’re way too small. Also minus one star for the staff here. They are no fun and always seem a bit confused.
