I’ve had Belgian malinios working dogs for over twenty years. Went for the first time to beauty and beast yesterday. Best grooming I’ve ever had, and at a great price. My dog seemed happy and comfortable there, and the service extremely friendly and personable. The only down side is the limited hours they are open. I highly recommend this place over all others.

The Beauty in the Beast is a gold mine in Laguna Niguel. My baby Tinker-​bell is not an easy little brat to groom — but she loves to go here! Bonnie is the only groomer for us! We have had some fun — we have played with Pink Dye, tried a Mohawk — and the latest poodle-​like cut has Tink looking sassy and young! Thanks Bön-​Bön and Beauty in the beast!!!

Bonnie was able to fit Koda in for a bath & cut. He is a little uncomfortable with strangers, but with Bonnie’s gentle demeanor he quickly became comfortable and when we came to pick him up he was so clean and handsome! They didn’t come right out and say it, but I believe they worked a little overtime because Koda was slightly larger than they expected. This extra effort was much appreciated!
Great Service, Great Prices, Great Animal Lovers taking extra time to make sure our babies are treated like the special family members that they are.

This is from my phone, Of want to add more later. I love, love, love this Salon. Bonnie is the only Grooming Artist I let beautify the Girls. A sad time when I couldn’t find her. Oy I did them myself. The Girls come out clean and well adjusted. The shop is honest with timer frames and everything. Your furry kid is in great, safe hands here. Thank you Bonnie and team from the bottom of my heart.

We just had our 30 lb English cocker here. They quoted us $ 45 for grooming and $ 10 extra for teeth cleaning. When my husband picked him up they charged $ 70
The owner argued that our dog moved around a lot so the cost was higher
Bad business practice to quote one price and then charge more upon leaving
Guess they don’t need our business!

Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! PLEASE, DONT DO IT!!! I have taken my dog here several times in the past few years and it has been hit or miss. I say I want him fluffy, he comes out completely shaved! Then there have been times when he’s out of it and I get the feeling that he’s been mistreated. THEN, i go in and hear the groomers in the back yelling at the poor dogs, saying, «Stand still! Don’t move!!» It broke my heart. And are you ready for the grand finale? This past week I took my little puppy to get washed and cut. They told me to drop him off at 10:30 am and they didn’t call me to pick him up until 4:30!!! I brought him home and immediately I noticed that his eye was closed shut!!! He was just fine when i took him in the morning! I took him to urgent care and had every eye test completed only to find out that there was an ablation on his eye and the vet said it was most likely due to something the groomer did! Then I called the owner today and she had attitude and didn’t give a sh**, basically saying that she didn’t trust me and the vet’s opinion and wanted me to take my dog to her vet for an exam! Are you kidding me??? I took my dog to my own vet today and she confirmed that it was due to something that could have been done by the groomer. Look at my dog’s picture that I posted so you can see the proof!!! My poor dog is in so much pain that I have to give him a pain killer 3x a day! Don’t let this be your dog by trusting these unethical people!!!

I love Beauty In the Beast. I just moved to the area from Huntington Beach where I had some REALLY horrible experiences with groomers. One in fact, that left a burn on my dog. Anyway, I was referred to this groomer by a neighbor where my fiancé used to live. They do an amazing job and I don’t feel that their prices are too bad. About average to do cocker spaniels. It also does not take all day for the dogs to be finished either. They are REALLY good about having them finished — usually by 1pm — but I get them there when they open too! They are extremely nice and even gave my second dog a bath without an appointment once. They were doing me a gigantic favor and I really appreciated it so I would not do it again! Thank you guys! My Sunny is also groomed by Sunny and she does an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

I have been bringing my two small breed dogs here for full grooming services on a bi-​monthly basis for about 3 years now and have never been disappointed in the services! The shop has a good selection of accessories for your pet and offers a variety of organic food as well. Jill and her staff always do wonderful work (I always receive a ton of compliments) on my dogs and the products they use smell wonderful and don’t irritate their skin. She is always accommodating, but be sure to book a regular appointment because they do fill up quickly.

We have been bringing our dogs to «The Beauty in The Beast» for many years. Had tried other places in the past, with disastrous results. They are warm, caring & truly love our «kids». They seem to know everything there is to know about dogs.
I am very grateful to everyone there for their great care & loving attention they give to my husband & I, as well as to our dogs. I will always be a loyal & happy customer.

We are new to the world of dogs but have been bringing our dog here after having been disappointed at other pet salons in the area. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about how your pet should be groomed if you want it to look the breed should, but they are also flexible about helping you acheive the look you want for your pet. They have a great selection of collars and other fun items as well. I feel that I am leaving my dog in capable, experienced hands and she always comes home looking adorable. They always do something special and they are very good about fitting you in and calling you when your pet is finished.

The people who work here are VERY rude. I had my dog groomed here before. I called today to ask a price for their full service grooming because my dog never had that done there. After the woman gave me the price i said «okay thank you, I’ll call again to schedule a appointment» the lady on the other line said «sure you will. buh bye» with attitude. .Because they treated me badly I can only imagine how the dogs are being treated. Do not go here.
