Great customer service and smoothies! It was my first time going to this location and the cashier with red hair (don’t know her name) was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Overall good experience. 4 stars as it’s slightly expensive.

I always get the Banana Berry Blast and it is so good, and so good to know that I am not just drinking sugars and shlock!

This place is the best! The juices and Acai Bowls are always delicious. The service is always great and they are always very friendly. The other juice places around don’t even come close to Nekter. It’s nice to have a place like this.

Really great service and super fresh juices, smoothies, and bowls. I especially liked their smoothies because they weren’t too thick and were easy to sip through a straw. Quick turn around. We went around 3pm on a Thursday and it wasn’t too busy at all :)

The best juice bar in Orange County. They really know what they are doing. The staff and owners are very personable and pay great attention to detail when preparing the juices. My favorite are all the Acai bowls. I’ve been coming here for at least 3 years! Thank you Nekter — Dana Point

While Nekter does have some amazing drinks, they do NOT use organic fruits & vegetables!!!
Hence the well priced drinks compared to other juice bars.
Better Option: Thrive Juice Bar, right down the street.

This is by far my favorite Nekter. I totally love this place. I am a usual customer and everyone here is super friendly and the food tastes great! Highly recommend it!

Had the PB bowl and it was soooooo good but I had to give it a 3 star because the customer service was terrible. The lady who worked the register had a bad attitude and when I was giving her my card to pay she basically snatched it and threw it back to me. Also, the store was kinda dirty. Other than that the bowl was amazing wish the experience could’ve been better.

$ 5.50 buys you 16.9 ounces of pre-​bottled, cold-​pressed skinny ginger lemonade… an invigorating lemonade that (according to the bottle) helps reduce inflammation, boosts immunity and soothes your tummy.
Is it worth it or are you a fool? Only you can decide.
I will say, at 65 calories a serving (2 per bottle) it’s pretty damn tasty and the guys that worked in the shop were very nice.

These guys were great very helpful and made my visit very nice. I’ve never tried Nektar before it’s not really my thing, but I was sick and someone suggested it to me. The employees made an effort to give a recommendation according to my symptoms and I actually did feel better. Nice friendly staff with good attitudes.

Bad costumer service! I asked for my smoothie split into two cups (mind you I’m paying $ 6 for ONE smoothie) for my kids to share and the guy smacked an extra cup on the counter and informed me that they’re not «supposed» to do that. In other words, split it yourself. So disappointing.

My advice to manager of this branch is to take a closer look at your staff members. I understand low paying part time job could be a hard motivator, however it doesn’t have to reflect on how the customer is treated, or not treated at all shall I reword. Not only some of them look sedated, they neglect any attention to details, they don’t remember who ordered what, and they knowingly let customers stand in confusion, because their name was being called too quiet, or some mistakenly took their drink… Making no eye contact and continuing doing their «daily tasks»… Shame on the upper management for injecting this kind of wrong philosophy in these individuals early career development. Nobody in the professional world will ever hire them. Ever. And I sure won’t be «bothering» your business with my silly Toxic Flush.

Blair was so sweet! She totally educated me on the new bottled drinks and helped me choose a couple that I’m excited to try. She also helped me use my app for rewards. Thanks, Nektar ocean ranch for being my favorite neighborhood healthy stop :)

Just like to say the owner of Nekter Juice Bar got a hold of me and took care of the situation. The place is much cleaner now and all the staff wear gloves now!!! Thanks for being such a respectable business person!

Used to be my favorite place…
But the last couple of times I went my drinks didn’t taste the same and it tasted like they just watered it down. Not good.
Customer service was also horrible .
Also I waited for my drink to long and three people behind me got there orders first not cool:/

I’m hooked! I have to watch my spending, but I would skip meals to go hear! So happy to be close to such a healthy bar! Toxin Flush and ginger shot is my go to. We tried the orange crush today, and it was yummy too. I also did the one day cleanse, was not a fan of the last drink, I would prefer to switch that one out next time if possible. It gave me a stomach ache. The cleanse was terrific though, look forward to trying two and then three day next time! The crew at nectar are for the most part pretty cool. Keep up the good work!

This used to be my go to place for juices, smoothies and bowls. My most recent trip was for the tropical bowl. When they served me my bowl the pineapple was not fresh, it was canned chopped pineapple. If i wanted canned i would’ve gone to the grocery store. I expected fresh pineapple.
My new place is Thrive, a bit more expensive but always 100% organic and fresh.

The team members at this location know how to blend the right amount of ingredients for the perfect detox juice EVERY time!

Tried to use my frequent Nekter card for a 3 drink order — had 8 out of 10 stamps needed for a free one — told that it was out of date and need to spend time to load the new Nekter app — how about just giving me the free drink as promised — Nekter fail — going to Thrive up the street from now on — sorry

Well I absolutely love Nektar but I just went in and I think upper management needs to look into hiring people who actually want to be there. Every employee looked extremely depressed and the guy that was taking my order tossed my receipt and a pen my way and didn’t even look at me. He was busy talking to the other guy about something non important and it could have waited. I ordered 3 bowls and a smoothie. When I received the first bowl the guy slid it my way and didn’t ask me for a lid or a bag. Dude, I have 3 bowls and a smoothie, don’t you think you could have asked? Anyways, smile guys cuz that’s your job and be happy you have one.

I made a pit stop here on my way from San Diego to Orange County because there was so much frickin traffic that I needed to stretch my legs and get a juice to keep me awake! Nekter to the rescue!
I had a $ 3 coupon from Unilocal!Thanks Unilocal!I hate how expensive juice is but nekter is on the more affordable side and I love building my own juice. Staff here was friendly and quick. Store was big, cute, clean.
I do prefer the taste of cold press juices but who can afford that?

Alright so I hate to rate this place low again, but I came here and I hated it when I ordered a drink. I decided to give it one more try and boy it was not impressive. I wanted to try their Acai bowl. The bowl itself was good, that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Service here is just atrocious. Cashier acts like she hated her life, the people in the kitchen just kind of stare into space while they make something. I had been waiting in line for at least 15 minutes, I ordered. I guess they have some kind of taking turns between who makes the drink/​bowl. I ordered a bowl, and the bowl after me and another drink were both on the counter before mine. If I’m in front of someone I want my food/​drink first. These employees need to either learn how to hurry up in making stuff or prioritizing better. So ridiculous to make people wait so long like that when you have 4 – 7 employees on duty. I had previously talked to one of the managers and this same manager was here today, he did nothing to improve the attitudes of the employees. This is ridiculous, in order to be positive a manager needs to exert that he can be welcoming to customers. It’s not just about getting drinks or food, it’s about the experience. Being welcoming, and kind attracts many customers. These employees need a reality check. A question to the employees: who pays your paycheck? The people that go to Nekter!

I could go to Macy’s, buy a Breville juicer, stop and get fruit, take it home, juice, drink it and clean the juicer in the same amount of time it takes these guys to make one drink.

I love the Toxic Flush juice here! The aroma of this place is always smelling wonderful. The staff is friendly and they work really hard to prepare fruits and veggies for our drinks. If you have ever made your own juices you know what I mean. It’s a chore to prepare, wash, chop and clean up! Thank you Nekter for your help.

I like this place a lot because I think it’s way better then Jamba juice. I usually get the smoothies so I really can’t speak on how the juices are. I also like how they use vegetables like spinach and kale. One of my favorites is the Popeye because you can barely taste the spinach. What I really like about Nekter is the prices are really reasonable and there are a few different sizes to choose from. The menu may not be that huge but they have some great smoothies. There are a few tables outside and they are not that comfortable but at least they have them.
