Zounds of Laguna Hills

I resisted a hearing aid until it became too frustrating not to hear! Did some research and narrowed my choices to two and then visited both. One was a major big box store chain and the other was Zounds. I finally chose Zounds even though my final cost was a few dollars more. That was about two months ago and I haven’t regretted the smart choice I made! Scott at Zounds is not only knowledgeable and personable but makes me feel like my questions are the most important he’s ever encountered (and I know they aren’t). He’s patient and solved my problem of having a a difficult time keeping the aid in place due to a very small ear canal, without additional cost. He isn’t satisfied until I’m satisfied that the fit is correct, and I understand the remote etc. Can’t say enough good things about this company and personnel right down to Melissa, the receptionist. If you have a hearing problem, visit Zounds in Laguna Hills; it might be the best decision you’ll ever make.
