I buy gluten free buns from Solomon for myself and to give to friends. They are great for making sloppy joes or mini pizzas, or for any kind of burger. Hearty and tasty. What a treat. Oh, and nobody knows the gluten-​free cake is gluten-​free, until they’re told. Very moist.

I love this bakery. When I buy baked goods, I only get them here. They do a whole line of gluten free products that are amazing. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, bread and muffins. Being a nutritionist, ingredients are super important to me. No preservatives, no high fructose corn syrup. I get my kids birthday cakes here rather than the artificial stuff they sell at grocery stores. Solomon, his wife Sue and Carlos have great customer service skills and really take care of their customers. Highly recommend.

Solomons is great they are now behind the building so it’s sort of the underground bakery to go to awesome breads and delicious pastries I go every Saturday morning!
