Do not buy jewelry from here. I bought a ring and one of the stones fell out. I came back to get it and three were missing! I was told it could not be repaired. I was also told I could not exchange it or get a refund. They are there to taken your money only.

Purchased a necklace that broke within a day and a half later. Tried to return it and the lady wouldn’t accept the exchange. She offered a similar necklace to me for full price. UNBELIEVABLE. This is why some small companies don’t last and buyers do not trust them. I should have gone to Clairs right next door — they accept all exchanges as any reputable business should. Overpriced. Tried to call manager during work hours… phone number on card doesn’t work. Rings forever and then ends up with a beeping noise. Do not trust this place.

They have pretty good collection of jewellery. My wife really liked them. Quality: The girl in the stall say that the chains we purchased are sterling silver coated with gold. I can only hope that it is true. There are no reviews or websites certifying on the quality apart from the Unilocal reviews below. Price: we got 70% discount on the tag price. We did bargain to get to that final price. Am still not confidant on whether i overly paid or is it a good deal. P.s: a store with good collection of jewellery. Feel free to bargain. This is not a fixed price store. Be little smart while bargaining. I will update the review with the quality of my purchase later

I was pleasantly surprised regarding my recent experience here. In looking for a graduation gift for my daughter.(Me… typical guy, waited a bit late to shop) After visiting a few jewelers and kiosks in the Laguna Hills Mall(most very unhelpful), we decided to just check out this business… Though they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, they invited us to look through a master catalog and I found exactly what we wanted. Now I’m worried about lead time, as engraving was involved, pieces had to be ordered etc. Allan kept me updated daily through the process, provided input on the engraving, and we ultimately received(on-time) a gift that was loved by my daughter. A good experience overall.
