Good or Bad? I will never know… I wasted 2 hours driving to an appt only to be stood up. I heard many great things on Unilocal and decided to give Heather a try. I went onto Lots of locks website and sent an email to be contacted for a consultation. I received an email confirmation stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. However 72 hours later and still nothing. I decided to give her personal email a try and got a respond. I made an appt and looked forward to it. The day of the appt I arrived at our schedule time of 8am. I waited outside looking into an empty salon with no sign of life. I finally called and no answer but left a message. 45 mins later I get a call back from Heather saying she had wrote down the wrong date. Unfortunate but I will not be wasting my time rescheduling. If you can get a time and date wrong I’m not sticking around to find out what else can go wrong. First impressions are everything… Highly disappointed.

It’s been a year and a half now and I’m on my 2nd lot of hair extensions. The 2nd lot was not in the same condition — well since it’s natural hair, you can’t control what you get — and Heather replaced them for me! In the year and a half I’ve dealt with Heather she has been nothing but professional and courteous and she makes sure you are happy with your hair — that’s first and foremost. I’ve been going to Simpatico Salon — where she works out of – every 2 months to have them tightened and honestly, I love the atmosphere, the people, everyone there. If you are in the market for these — I highly recommend going to Heather. She stands by her work 100%.

Ok, first of all, Heather is totally great, and that’s kind of what you want in someone who’s messing with your hair(second of course to them being awesome at messing with hair). But she’s super friendly, smart and knows a ton about how to make extensions look totally natural. First you do a consultation where she looks at your hair and figures out what kind of hair you need so the extensions will look natural/awesome. Then you come in to the salon and she sews them in. It takes about two hours, e.g., plenty of time to hash over the latest issue of Us Weekly!(Why is that so satisfying? We’ll never know.) I think she does a great job, you walk out feeling like you have TRESSES, not just hair, AND most importantly(to me), it’s not ridiculously expensive. W00t!
