Crank Brothers

Crank Bros has amazing customer service. They stand behind their products and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Their store is super clean, well organized, and they even have a few games upstairs to kill time if you’re waiting for a pedal refresh.

I cant believe that I am the first and only review so far on this shop.
This shop is not only Crank Brothers flagship store, its their headquarters.
Thankfully, Crank Brothers understands that if they are going to invite the public to their headquarters, the employees and the shop vibe needs to be on point. Anything less then perfection, and the riders opinion on the brand could be damaged for life.
I like Crank Brothers multi tools. They are good looking, well thought out and seem to be durable.
I bought a new multi tool here despite being able to buy it at REI for $ 3 less after the dividend.
I bought it here because I wanted to visit Crank Brothers, and see their flagship store. If Crank Brothers goal of the shop is improve and project their vision for the brand. The shop delivered on that goal perfectly.
The people working there are riders who know what they are talking about, friendly and helpful. You definitely can tell there is a mountain biker vibe going on here.
The store is a well designed, minimalist layout you expect from Crank Brothers. I’d gladly give up 3 bucks in REI dividend and pay list price for the experience they provided.
They executed perfectly. Based on my visit, I may try out more gear from them.
