Arch Bay Liquor Store

Excellent! Used to always come here. Offers the usual suspects for liquor and cigarettes, although I don’t really drink.

This is the only place around the Dana point area that sells avion tequila. You know. The tequila from entourage. Bought 2 anejo bottles and wondering what it tastes like. Priced same as patron so hopefully it’s as good.

This is next door to Papa’s Tacos. I ate a burrito while the roar of PCH traffic engulfed me. While wolfing down the burrito, I noticed several people stop at the liquor store. A surfer gal in a black VW beetle convertible. She was getting up there in years but looked like she still had some fight in her. She carried herself with elegance. She grabbed her take-​out lunch (it was waiting) at Papa’s Tacos, then a bottle in a plain brown wrapper from the liquor store. Off she went down PCH in her surf wagon.
On my way to Papa’s Tacos I gave some money to a veteran who pulled out his mag stripe ID. As I gulped my burrito, he came around the corner carrying a bottle in a plain brown wrapper.
I put away my lunch trash and went to the liquor store for my own bottle in a plain brown wrapper.
